John has been cleaning my carpets and taking care of my floors for over ten years. He is amazing and the service is incredible. He is always on time and takes great pride in his work. I am a local Realtor and I feel confident and comfortable when I refer John to my clients. Thanks!!! more

Carpet cleaning and touch up 6/15/2012

I cannot recommend this Company or John enough! They are friendly every time, come as soon as possible and in emergencies they do everything to get here right away! Really just superb!! And friendly...the whole company ...like a ray of sunshine. I have white carpets...they look like new after he is here and it lasts longer that any where else I have tried! With four children, two 100 pound dogs and two cats...the only people I trust my carpet to is the team at Good Housekeeping...and really JOHN!! more

John Watt is the best find in the industry! ALWAYS on time and does an EXCELLENT job. The complex where I live all uses Good Housekeeping. My husband spilled red wine on our carpet about a month after Good Housekeeping cleaned them - John came out and go rid of the stain and didn't charge us - that's the kind of company they are! more

The value of service,customer care and the personal service cannot be matched. Always on time, cleans the carpet and furniture if I ask completely. The price and value cannot be beat. As long as Good Housekeeping is in business, I will not use another carpet cleaner in the Bay Area. more

We have used Good Housekeeping for a long time now. They have refinished our hardwood floor and cleaned our carpets. He does an amazing job and very courteous. We recommend you use Goodhousekeeping. more

An A+ job 5/5/2012

They've cleaned my carpets many times. Always a great job, and the spots don't come back like Stanley Steamer. Another benifit of going with Good Housekeeping is that I didn't feel threatened by the staff. I am ok with leaving them the key. I would suggest them to anybody. An A+ job. more

Highly recommended! 5/5/2012

Good Housekeeping has saved the day so many times! From embarrassing animal stains to nail polish to coffee. I have not had to replace my poor white carpets thanks to them. They are extremely knowledgeable and work quickly. I would trust them in my house when I'm not there. I would never use anyone else. My entire family uses them. more

I have been using Good Housekeeping for our rugs and windows for I think almost twenty years. They have provided exemplary service and are also really nice people !! They are always on time, clean up afterwards, and provide great cleaning. I have suggested them to many friends, and would do so to anyone without reservation. more
