I prearranged to meet the sales agent: Bryan Arntz from my internet inquiry on a vehicle. I previously filled in finance information and was preapproved before coming in to view vehicle. My time is limited and I am not the type of individual who will sit in a dealership office for hours. Bryan and myself had both did our homework prior to my visit in the dealership. My personal experience was very good and I was extremely happy with the customer service that was received by everyone I personally dealt with. This is the type of customer service I would personally recommend. more

Too slow for an oil change 9/25/2013

Called ahead to bring car in for oil change, was told 45 min by lady who checked me in. Saw car pulled around front after 60 min but when went to find out if it was done so i could leave. Cashier rudely stated there was no paperwork and she would process when she got it. After another 20 min I went out to another service writer who found my paperwork sitting on a desk and it the service advisor I started with was no longer around. The service advisor who closed my ticket and got me to the cashier was friendly and helpful. After 90 min I paid and was finally out of there...longest oil change ever. Would not recommend for an oil change. more

I brought my car to Good Chevrolet on Sep 4th about 9 am with a problem. In the morning or when the motor is cold it starts roughly. It starts as “coughing”. The yellow light with a lock comes on when starts. Good Chevrolet told me that the fuel injectors were leaking. And that they didn’t have the spare parts so my car had to stay at the shop that night, in order to star working on it next day early morning. It was 4:30 pm and I had to find myself a ride home and a ride to go to work next day in the morning. Next day I picked up my car around 4:30 pm and pay $561.80. However, next day when the car was cold and I started the car was not very good still. I called and said they will review it again I have to bring it to the shop again in the morning. That night, I went shopping to Sam’s club, and when I came back to my car and tried to start it the battery was totally dead. I had to call AAA for help and change the battery for a new one. ($140.00) I wonder why Chevrolet did not notice that my battery was not working properly. Anyways, independently of the battery problem, the rough start problem continues In the morning or when the motor is cold it starts roughly. It starts as “coughing”. The yellow light with a lock comes on when starts. Same as before going to Chevrolet. Now, I have to come back to Chevrolet shop and I wonder how much is going to cost me again? Some Unfriendly Confusion 7/23/2013

While we've had good experience with the sales side, our first visit to the service side was not so good. First, there seems to be confusion with the staff about whether you need an appointment (this was an oil change). I called to make one and someone said I didn't need one. When my wife showed up they said she did. Second, the woman who was waiting on my wife seemed rude and annoyed that she was actually there. Next, while they did do the oil change the front desk forgot about her and did not call her to the front desk for close to four hours. According to the mechanic's report he finished his work within 2 hours. That was a two hour wait for nothing. Fortunately, they had donuts so my wife didn't starve. And again the woman who was at the counter did not seem to friendly in resolving the issue. Once brought up to the service manager he refunded her what she had initially paid for the oil change. So that was good. However, on looking over the mechanic's report it was obvious that someone had also forgotten to tell the mechanic that we wanted a tire rotation. Now we have to make a separate trip for a relatively simple procedure. 1 star for the mechanical work. 1 star for the manager's refund. Lets hope next time works out better. more

Negotiation was brief, would like to have had the opportunity to negotiate on the price advertised on the internet. The vehicle was not very clean when we got it, even though it was cleaned before we left the lot. There should be a detail person available all times to detail the vehicle before a customer takes it. Other wise I did enjoy my time at the dealership. more
