Alan and Justin were great! They were professional and were there to handle any and all of our questions. We had left our garage door opener and phone charger in our old vehicle and we had them back in a couple of days. My new car didn't come with an owners manual and Alan emailed me one after he got home that night. That's what I call service more

Terrible Customer Service 1/29/2014

I allowed "Good" Chevy to fool me not once but twice in my experience with them. I bought my first vehicle five years ago and my recent visit to service my vehicle and/or to trade. I ended up trading my vehicle for something new and like my first visit what they said they would do did not match up with what they really did. Things I did not agree to became my expense in the end. Not to mention in the service department they lack customer care and service if your look to establish a good relationship as far as a mechanic or car dealer these are not the people to go to! more

I don't think I go back again last time when I do oil cang antil antil March you came free oil cang when I cam they said difernt story and I I spend over 700 dollars stil I didn't pay for diagnosis but they charge me boos so it not fair I by it car over 31,000 always for any reason I cam ther more charge even I by rear wiper I bowt still ther not discawent more

Following up on my car. 1/22/2014

When I first purchased my car, I had realized that there was a problem with it. This was no fault on Good Chevrolet but rather the manufacturing plant. I had noticed that the trimming to my sunroof was not present. The good folks add good Chevrolet completed the repair and all is well with my car now. They did an outstanding job and I have no issues whatsoever with good Chevrolet! more

Poor planing- service department 12/10/2013

I called 3 days ahead of time so i could bring my 2013 cruze for a recall service. I took that day off from work so i had time to do oil service and other things, so i dropped my car at the dealer at 9:00 am and expected to have done by 2:00pm the latest. Well, that did not happen. I received a call from the dealer telling me that they could not replace the recalled part because they did not have the part in stock and that they had to order one for me and that they would call me to schedule the repair. This was really frustrating, especially when i made the appointment 3 days before, and there is NO excuse for this. So, waited for two more weeks and nothing, no calls from the dealer, so i had to call and schedule the repair again. more

I had service maintenance and a warranty repair performed, everything went exactly right. What more can you ask for? I'm proud of my Chevy and the folks at Good Chevrolet have a lot to do with that. Thanks for doing your job so well. more
