I called 3 days ahead of time so i could bring my 2013 cruze for a recall service. I took that day off from work so i had time to do oil service and other things, so i dropped my car at the dealer at 9:00 am and expected to have done by 2:00pm the latest. Well, that did not happen. I received a call from the dealer telling me that they could not replace the recalled part because they did not have the part in stock and that they had to order one for me and that they would call me to schedule the repair. This was really frustrating, especially when i made the appointment 3 days before, and there is NO excuse for this. So, waited for two more weeks and nothing, no calls from the dealer, so i had to call and schedule the repair again.
