EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE - AWESOME HARDWARE STORE 9/3/2006

This is one of the last remaining service-oriented hardware stores remaining in the Houston area -- all the staff here are extremely knowledgable and will always go that extra mile to make sure you're happy! I found out that the store has been privately-owned by the same family for the last 25 years - no wonder these guys know there hardware! Trust me, you won't get this wealth of knowledge and service at any Home Depot or Lowe's. Pros: Staff knows everything there is to know about hardware! Cons: Smaller than a Home Depot, but still had everything I could ever need. And I don't have to walk as much! more
