It's located in the Kroger shopping center on Lowry and we've tried other Chinese buffets in Smyrna, and Murfreesboro, as well, and this is the BEST!! The people how work there are always friendly, and for a buffet, do their best to keep everything hot and fresh. They have crab legs included in the buffet every night. And ALWAYS included is the hibachi grill option, where you make a plate of vegi and meat (and flavor if you choose-the garlic and hot options are great!) , and they'll cook it up fresh for you! Otherwise they alternate their choices and have favorites such as honey chicken, seseme chicken, peanut chicken (to die for!!,) teriaki chicken skewers, pepper steak, wontons(cream cheese and regular sauteed), soup, salads,some sushi choices. And for the kids, they even have pizza and wonderful buttery potato wedges. Nice and clean atmosphere, friendly people, and Wonderful food!! We've become regulars. Love it!! more

This Chinese buffet was very cheap but had an odd mix of chinese, mexican, and just made up ftoods. Taste was about a 5/10. Eggrolls were rock hard and dry. They have ""mongolian barbeque"", but I didn't get any. I stood in line for 10 minutes waiting on the guy cooking it but the line never moved. This is very much a volume Chinese place, not quality.
