Great service 7/23/2012

We hired Golden State Home Inspections to inspect the home that we are getting ready to buy. Craig was the person who did our inspection and I think that he did a very good job. I walked around with him for the most part. He actually found a couple of problems relating to water damage that the pest inspector missed. more

Really good inspection and referral. 7/10/2012

I actually really appreciated Craig. He did a really good job on the inspection and gave me a referral for work on my air conditioning and heating. It was also a really good referral contact, and all in all, he probably saved me four to five-thousand dollars. I would recommend Golden State Home Inspections, and I appreciate Craig's professionalism and referrals. more

The man from Golden State Home Inspections was very thorough and he explained things very well. He took his time and got back to me on all the things he said he would. I called him with a question and he didn't mind at all- he was very helpful. I used them to inspect a home I was considering buying and felt very informed after using them. I called him based off of a recommendation and now I would highly recommend him myself. more

Great, useful inspection 6/5/2012

It was a very positive experience working with them, they did both a home inspection and energy audit. It was great having them as a combined package in one company. The recommendations were useful, I have a better understanding of opportunities to improve the energy efficiency of the home. This was part of a potential home purchase inspection and it was very informative. He was friendly, willing to stick around and walk around the house to answer our questions. It was a clear explanation. more

Very professional. 12/30/2011

On a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest, Golden State Home Inspections was an 8 when it comes to professionalism. I'm going to call them for my next inspection. There were a few areas I found that the inspector missed that could easily be fixed next time. What I found were areas around the sink and kitchen that were conducive to mold because of the way the countertops were made. Water gathers and mold forms because of it. Everything else was fine. more
