Yay for Golden Leaf 11/5/2010

Love Dr. Jamie. She has helped me with an arm going sore from sleeping on it wrong habitually, muscular pain in my back, and general health issues related to being a nursing mom. Most of all though, her personality is right on. Compassionate, competent, a good listener, gets right to the problem, and she has a great sense of humor. Golden Leaf = Compassionate Care 10/19/2010

I came to Golden Leaf as a newbie to acupuncture and I'm so glad I did! My chronic anxiety was something awful that day. Jamie was more kind, compassionate, and real than the various mental health professionals I've seen for my condition. Like another reviewer said, I felt better after just talking with her! The treatment itself was brilliant, and I'd be a regular patient of Jamie's if I hadn't left the Bay. All I keep thinking in my new city is: "Man, I gotta find someone like Jamie!" more

A virgin to acupuncture, I didn't know why to expect... 10/19/2010

As a result of a car accident, i had a constant dull pain and tightness in the muscles of my neck and upper back. After a painless and relaxing procedure (I fell asleep:), I gained a tremendous amount of relief. Upon waking, I could move my neck w/o pain, had increased range of motion, and felt like a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders. In 1 session I had relief that 3 months of weekly massage never seemed to accomplish. I highly recommend for pain relief! :) I'm going back again this wk more

Golden Leaf has a warm and welcoming feel right when you walk into the place. Jamie makes her clients feel very comfortable. I felt better after talking to her, even before getting any acupuncture! Jamie knows her stuff and clearly has a passion for what she does. I left there feeling good, so good that I WILL be going back for more! more

Immediate relief! 8/22/2010

Really quite amazing results in just one visit with Dr. Anahita. I was suffering from shoulder pain and with a combination of therapies, the pain was virtually gone and mobility returned. I also appreciate the Chinese approach that both doctors practice. more

Back on track! 7/22/2010

I have been coming to the clinic for eight months now and have seen so many positive changes in my energy and pain management. I had surgery about a month ago and haven't been able to get treatments until yesterday. I was feeling pretty horrible every morning the past week or so and today I woke up feeling rested and energized. Just one treatment and I'm feeling like more like I did before my surgery, able-bodied and ready for life! Thanks Anahita!! more

Great expereince- highly recommended 6/4/2010

I came to see Dr. Anahita feeling very upset about whatever was consuming me in my life. I was holding onto my stress during the first half of the treatment. By the time I was done I had completely let go of all the bad emotions I was harboring. My body felt relaxed and my mind clear. Dr. Forati made me feel very relaxed and in good hands. She immediately diagnosed my symptoms and instead of prescribing elaborate treatments, applied acupuncture and massage, then sent me on my way with a series of exercizes to help alleviate the cause of my discomfort. more

this was my first visit to Golden Leaf. they are professional, kind, attentive and organized. the acupuncturist listened carefully to me and because I was nervous, was especially gentle and reassuring. i could feel a huge difference after just that one treatment - i was much calmer and more relaxed than I have been in weeks when I walked away. their prices are very reasonable/affordable for most. more

Relief... 3/11/2010

With pains ranging from joint and muscle to severe depression, I was feeling like a lost cause. During one especially dark day, before the treatment the acupuncturist looked me in the eye and said, "We are going to make this better." And she was right. I don't know of an allopathic doctor who would be so caring and committed. Thank you, Golden Leaf! more

Golden Leaf is exactly what I was looking for in an accupuncture clinic. Jamie my accupuncturist is so intuitive. My herbs help carry on the treatments, the space is comforting and serene, there are beautiful orchids everywhere and a skylight. I look forward to my treatment each week. more

If first impressions mean anything 2/6/2010

Then this is going to be a long and happy relationship. After suffering for over a year with hand and wrist pain I acted on a referral to Golden Leaf. The clinic was clean and tastefully decorated and Dr. Jamie was professional and friendly at the same time. She performerd the accupuncture but also sent me home with several pieces of great practical advice to use at home. I already feel like my pain is not so acute and I look forward to my next treatment. more
