I decided to take my car here based on its convenient location and some great reviews. I was very impressed at first, with Todd, the owner. He was very friendly, personable and I left feeling like I was in good hands. When they called to tell me what was wrong with my car, they assured me that if I spent the money for a new timing belt and the money to fix what was wrong with my car, I?d easily get another 100,000 miles out of my older car. With some hesitation of over $3,000 worth of repairs, I finally agreed to the work, knowing that my car would be under warranty with them for a year if the work didn?t hold. A few months later, something else went wrong with my car and I had to bring it back in for another $400 worth of repairs. Repairs that they told me ?if you want your car to run, you have to do this?. So after spending around $3500 with this place, I ended up having to bring it back in because the original problem was back. I made an appointment for 9am with a 1:30 pick up. When I called at 1pm after not hearing from them, they told me they forgot to look at my car. They then claimed they couldn?t find what was wrong with my car (because they had my car for 4 hours and only spent 2 minutes with it.) I felt like I was completely taken advantage of here because I am a young woman. I felt like they could have cared less about the $3500 I spent with them, or that their original repairs didn?t hold. The owner is a very nice man, but mostly everyone else who works there is very unfriendly and unwelcoming. I will never be returning to this place.
