Kitchen Faucet Installation 4/23/2011

Mike did a great job. Arrived on time, went over the pricing book , put down drop cloths, got his tools & went to work. Removed old faucet & filter, and began installing the new one. A problem developed with the install that wasn't clear in the instructions, the manufacturer's hot line couldn't solve, and finally we went on line, got a better drawing, and Mike finished the job. It was a frustrating problem in a very tight space that many guys would have walked away from. Mike didn't give up, and kept at it until it worked. Cleaned up nicely after the job. Mike's a good tech and a nice guy. I recommend him highly. more

These guys are phenomenal. I called on a Sat morning, and they came Sat afternoon. Michael Jackson and Tamer were extremely professional, courteous, and very good at what they do. They took more time than most to ensure the job was done with the highest quality. Highly recommend these guys more

steve took care all my tub issues he installed a new tub spout and a new shower head steve also installed a new tip lever cover now everthing works great i will have steve come out next time we need gold medal more

steve was on time looked at my pluming leak .he is a very nice guy he also cleaned up after himself .i will have steve come out next i need any pluming work done by gold medal more

steve fixed my tub spout he was clean and fast he cleaned up after himself he installed new copper pipes in the wall he did not cut or remove any tile from wall gold medal was great so was steve thank you more

We moved into our house a year ago and diddnt know anything about our heating and plumbing except that it was really old. Lou from Gold Medal came and spent all the time needed with us and explained everything including how to care for and shut off each unit. We now can sleep soundly knowing everyting is in good repair and working efficiently. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing this service. more
