I would not recommend this school, The owner has no experience with childcare and the teachers do not last long it is a revolving door.\r We had many unpleasant experiences with this school and all directly related to the poor management.\r We relocated our children to the Kiddie Academy on Hope Chapel Rd. in Jackson, Wow what a difference just the in classroom cameras to check on your child anytime throughout the day is enough of a reason to change. We were very hesitant to relocate our children after being there for 7 years and hanging in while the school went through three different owners and had gotten worse with each change of hands. more

Jamie was rude over the phone, not helpful and I would never send my children to a school that was so unkind upon recieving a phone call about a perspective family. My advice....look else where. more

Love this school! I'm so lucky to have found it! 9/28/2010

After checking out many schools in the area, including other Goddard Schools in other locations, I am lucky to have found the Goddard School at Toms River II. Although it is relatively expensive, it's not the most expensive by far...and I think what my child has gotten out of his time there more than makes up for the tuition (and they can accommodate special schedules. Not just a real curriculum that teaches out of play time, but special guests and events that rival some kids birthday parties!\r In addition, the staff has readily accommodated changes in my work schedule (early mornings and late afternoon/evenings), often at the last minute, which I am truly thankful for.\r The staff is exemplary and the kids actually love being there. (I often had to drag my 3-yr old out of class every afternoon!) It is refreshing to see teachers in action that obviously love their job and love being with the little ones.\r You won't find a better school than this one! more

Can anyone give me any feedback on the Goddard school in Voorhees and Sickerville New Jersey. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!!! I have heard mixed reviews about different Goddard Locations. more

The best decision anyone can make! 8/29/2007

I highly recommend The Goddard School located at 255 Highway 70 in Toms River. Right from the very start when we went for a tour, we were very happy with the friendly, welcoming attitude of not only Dana Chibarro (owner), but her entire staff as well. One thing that especially stood out was how very clean, bright and cheery it was. The walls were decorated with the childrens artwork, and there was also a designated place for parents to see any children's product-related safety recalls (toys, cribs, etc).\r The transfer from our old day care center to The Goddard School was better than expected as well. The teachers really care for the kids here and it shows wonderfully. We had no problem transitioning our two boys, ages 4 and 2 into their new environments; they both took to it right away and continue to enjoy it presently.\r If you are looking for a day care that is much more than just a day-time babysitter, you will also find that the learning environment here is of much higher quality more

Toms River is Top Notch 7/1/2007

When we visited Goddard, I was impressed with the facilities and friendly staff. We found it immaculate and filled with all of the curriculum supplies needed to support a wonderful classroom experience. The joy we witnessed as the staff was in full swing working with their classes on an ordinary day made us feel this was the place for our son. The school was filled with displays of the proud accomplishments of its' young students. Now that we have been enrolled for several months, the teachers are all so warm and caring to my son. He loves coming to school and participating in the many extras that Goddard offers. ..... I never expected this level of excellence Goddard strives for and reaches each day. Megan Meyer. more
