I thought there service was decent 5/15/2012

I really don't like insurance but know it's a necessary evil. I'm sure my experience could have been a whole lot worse. They were able to go over things with me and find what appears to be pretty good coverage at a rate that fit within the budget. I was actually surprised at how affordable Medicare supplement insurance after coming of self-employment health insurance when I turned 65 last month. more

I was pleasantly surprised with their service 5/9/2012

Minimum This company operates pretty efficiently and professionally. Kudos to them for helping me understand my options and feeling comfortable with my decision. There was a small “hiccup” with the underwriting process but it was handled proactively and I wasn't too annoyed. Just hoping they'll keep their promise of calling me after 12 months to re-evaluate should my rates go up. more

Had to write a positive review about this company 1/23/2012

I don't know how big this agency is but they did a great job and seemed to have a small company vibe. A person always answered the phone and my agent was typically available or would call me right back if they were unavailable. I was especially impressed with Brooke and Kristen. more
