For Mother's Day I received a gift certificate for ""Glow Day Spa"". It was the one of the best experiences in a day spa I've ever had! Love love love this place! I had MY FIRST appointment at Glow set for this evening. Being that there was a Severe Thunderstorm Warning, including horrible driving conditions, I called to reschedule my appointment . . . again - my very first appointment. I was informed by the receptionist, Ashley, that ""everybody else had made it to their appointments"" and she would be charging me for the unperformed service, as that is their policy. I explained to them that this is extremely bad customer service, and informed them that I will be contacting my bank and informing them that this is a FRAUDULENT charge and will not allow it to go through. more

Amazing Staff, Amazing Service 8/15/2011

I recently visited Glow based on the recommendation of a co-worker to set up a Spa day for my wife which included a manicure/pedicure, facial and massage. Being a man that does not frequent many day spas, I was delighted to be treated with warmth, respect and professionalism. Each of the aestheticians that I came in contact with was more than accommodating and made me feel very comfortable though I am sure I did not appear to be. My wife said the Spa experience was the absolute best she had ever had and commented specifically on Carrah and Wesley as exceptional purveyors of luxurious relaxation. I will certainly be recommending Glow to anyone looking for a great Spa in South Tampa full of amazing people and meticulous attention to detail! more

Gift Certificates 6/22/2011

Due to unexpected life events, I unknowingly allowed my gift certificate to expire. When I called Glow, they were able to confirm that I had not use any portion of the gift certificate. They also denied me any use of the gift certificate, even partial use. more

PERFECTION! 5/20/2011

I used to live in Tampa and just moved back to the area a few months ago from New York. I had frequented Glow Day Spa back in 2006, just a few years after they had opened and to be honest I loved Glow so much that leaving them behind was the worst part of my move from Tampa to NY. Now that Im back, I decided to make a few appts, Mani, pedi, facial and massage, not knowing what to expect after being away for so long. Well, I am happy to say Glow is like a fine wine, it just got BETTER with age! I didnt think it was possible for the treatments to be more amazing or for the products to be more luxurious or for their boutique to be any more fabulous but it was! To my surprise most of the staff was still their, along with a few new faces and the owner actually found a way to perfect perfection!;) I was given the option to have my nail treatments outside in their adorable ""Sun sanctuary"" which I did and LOVED it! (they even brought me infused cool towels and a white sangria!) Wesley, the owner, worked her magic on my skin, which left me ""glowing"";) and my massage (forgot the wonderful techs name) was out of this world. I also snagged the most amazing necklace and the cutest beach cover up EVER in their boutique. Believe me, Ive lived in Manhattan the last few years and know a thing or two about top notch spas and Glow is a big city girls dream come true.. Love this place as so glad to be back! more

The Best Spa in Tampa 1/24/2010

Glow Day Spa is my go to spa for all treatments. After a facial you do truly Glow as you walk out the door. It is truly addicting! The massages are amazing and so relaxing and theraputic at the same time. The atmosphere at Glow is very relaxing and luxurious. Also good to note is the botique section of the spa has some of the best finds in town. Wesley has impeccible taste and knows what to buy to keep her clients up to date. Perfect to go for a gift or treat for yourself! more

AMAZING SPA!!!!! 12/21/2009

For my daughters birthday we visited the glow spa. My daughter received an amazing facial by the best Wesley and a massage by Emily. We will be back once a month the services were outstanding. Great customer service. The spa smells amazing and is so peaceful!! So happy we found a new paradise!!! I also had a pedicure it was excellent !!!! more

Wonderful mani and pedi and amazing shopping experience! 11/17/2009

I paid a visit to Glow on a referral from a few friends. I called last minute for a manicure and pedicure for an up coming wedding I was in. The receptionist was very friendly and apologized that they were booked , to my suprise she actually offered to ask the technician to stay late for me but unfortunately the time did not work for me so she said she would be happy to put me on a wait list. I figured I would never be called but fortunately they called me the next day with a cancellation ( great customer service). My pedicure was outstanding in every way. I was blown away by the attention to detail not only in my pedicure,which by the way was beyond luxurious but throughout the entire spa. The space itself is beautifully appointed and the boutique was refreshingly unique and filled with great clothing and gift ideas. I immediately made my next appointment for a facial( which I hear are fabulous) and massage. I'm looking forward to my next visit, can't wait! Pros: Friendly staff, great boutique and amazing talent Cons: Nothing to say! more

What a Pleasant suprise! 11/15/2009

I just recently moved back to the area after a few years of living abroad. I had been a client of Glow's years ago and was anxious to return for their fabulous spa services. To my suprise they had expanded while I was away and added the smartest little boutique I had yet to find! I was tickled to see that my favorite candle line from over seas was being carried in my home town at Glowie and I also scored a beautiful dress and cardigan. Kudos To the owner for creating such a wonderful concept. Top notch spa services with a hip, trendy and eclectic boutique to boot! Love it! Pros: Cutest selection of clothing and gifts! Wonderful spa! Cons: Appointments can be a bit hard to come by, book ahead! more

THE BEST SPA IN TAMPA! 10/20/2009

I went to Glow Day Spa last week for a facial and had the best facial ever by Wesley. She was really knowledgeable on skincare and helped me pick out some great products to use at home. I especially loved the Organic skincare line from Hungary that she uses and sells. Also they had an area dedicated to nails called the Nail Bar which was really cool. I can't wait to come back and get a mani/pedi. You can tell this place spared no expense to make it the best! A Magical Experience....:-) 7/28/2009

The previous reviews said it all, this quaint little spa/boutique is a dream... I had a facial and a pedicure and both were outstanding. Probably the best I have ever had and believe me this girl knows a thing or two about spas ;-) The spa itself was immaculate and smelled divine, the lounge was beyond inviting and the array of drinks and snacks very impressive and unexpected. I was also pleasantly surprised by the vast selection of gifts, clothes and products in the boutique,Glowie,( cute), I would definitely come back just to shop on a whim. The staff was top notch and very welcoming. All in all I was thrilled to find Glow and am planning on being a longtime client. Pros: No stone left unturned.. Amazing attention to detail!!! Cons: Parking a bit snug.. more

What an amazing experience!! 3/24/2009

I visited Glow for the first time due to a friends referral. I was so please with my experience. From the moment I entered the door I felt right at home. I was greeted by amazing scents and wonderful ""eye candy"" in the spas boutique. The staff was sweet and knowledgeable and they even had a delectable buffet of fresh fruits, cheese, cookies, ect. to munch on in between services. This initmate day spa was just what I had been looking for! I am addicted!! Pros: wonderful services, and an amazing boutique!!! Cons: none! more

Kerry is the ""BEST""! What an amazing facial, amazing knowledge, and superior products. Her anti-aging facial was superior to any I have ever had. In one session my skin was totally changed. Quality, quality, quality. YOU have to try this spa and this facial specialist. The smells and facial massage sent me into a dfferent place, she called it synergy...she kept saying balance, spirit, soul and body using aromatherapy and massage. What an experience and what an amazing facial. This is the ONLY place I will ever go. Quality for the same price as the run of the mill, average facial. My skin as never looked better. Pros: EVERYTHING! This spa has it all! more

EXCEPTIONAL!!! 11/29/2008

I loved this spa....I found it to be exceptional in all ways. My facial and the technician were amazing! This is NOT the ordinary facial....it truly was ""couture""! The technician used one pure essential oil after another and told me why. I have been to spas around the world and have not had any better.
