OK, this is the BEST Salon ever! I have to say it because my beloved Roshan, owner and best stylist in the world! Rho has been my stylist for the last 11 years. I found her right before my wedding where she colored hair extensions for me to match my colored hair. I have stayed with her because she is truly the best. She customized a three color highlight for me that has been unchanged for 8 years now. I still get compliments on it I would say monthly, like it is new. The color holds so well and even when it has been 3 months since my last highlight I still get compliments.\r \r Roshan is professional, keeps up on her trade with all the latest newest and best trends and tips. She has products that are clean and do not have any harsh chemicals. The head massage you get when you get your hair washed is AMAZING! The products she sells are the products she uses on your hair in the salon.\r \r I trust her with anything and everything with my hair, from should I cut it to what color should I use. Mainly it is do what you think I need and baby she is right on the money. \r \r Lastly, she has become my friend. What a dream this women is. If you want the best hair stylist, the trendiest salon, the most beautiful hair around --- Go to Glow and ask for Roshan! You will NOT be disappointed! more

Wonderful customer service and I absolutely love my hair! Marque is a miracle worker. I have long, slightly curly hair and am very cautious about getting anything done to my hair. I went in with natural dark brown hair and asked for a natural looking beachy blonde. A weave and trim later, my hair came out perfect! I highly recommend Marque she did an amazing job :-) more

After be recommended by a friend, I went to see Harmony H. the NP that is working at Glow. She took the time to listen to all my concerns and answered all my questions, which lead to me making the right decisions. I have already stopped smoking and seen a reduction in weight, not to mention my stress level has seemed to drop off to a manageable level. I would recommend seeing her even if you just want a increase in energy and ability to have improved sleep, ask her about Vitamin B shots.... Roshan, Roshan!! She's the best! I've lived all over, including LA and San Francisco and Roshan is as good as it gets, but better! Glow Boutique is super chic yet very approachable for being in the trendy Pearl District of Portland. She is hip, fun, friendly and personable. She absolutely listens to what you want and offers her expertise, as well. Her cutting is precise and coloring, honestly, amazing! I've been twice now and already have my third appointment booked. I love Heather and Glow Boutique. I have been Heather's customer for quite some time and been to one other salon that she worked at. I must say Glow Boutique is my fave salon so far. Its quaint and personal and everyone there has awesome energy! Heather is really really good at color...I get compliments on my hair every day. She listens well and is a hoot! I just feel really comfortable with her and I can be honest with her. If she suggests something I don't like she doesn't take it personally. She recently did extensions on me for the first time and I must say I LOVE THEM! I was really unsure because I've never had them before but man oh man do they look great! Heather taught me how to curl them and maintain them so they look natural and as if they are my hair. Heather is so great to work with. She listens carefully to what I want in a style and she gets it right on. I'm one of those customers that changes hairstyles/colors every time! Heather is great! Every time I go in I tell her to just go at it and do what she thinks would look good and every time I come out I look great and get many compliments - even a friend who is a hair dresser comments on ""how does she do that?"". Absolutely great and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Right now I'm transitioning from black to my natural color (sandy blonde) and she still manages to make it look great in between! more

I have a very short pixie cut, and every other salon I've ever gone to has butchered it. It seems most stylists only know one way to cut short hair, and that's a man's cut. \r \r Sarah cut my hair last night, and for the first time I love my hair. I had actually contemplated growing it out because I simply couldn't find anyone to cut my hair right, but I'm so glad I went to Glow. She and Glow have earned my loyalty. more

Sarah is a gifted stylist that knows how to make a girl look good. I have very curly, fine hair and she cut it perfectly. \r \r She also helped with fixing a previous ""low-light"" coloring that I wasn't happy with. She listened to me and was able to give me the exact color and highlights I was requested. The product she used as also very gentle...I was a little nervous about over-processing my already dry curls.\r \r Sarah is a true artist! more

I decided to try Glow salon after seeing some positive feedback about them online. Whenever I need a haircut I look for somewhere new because I never want to go back to the last place I went since no one seems to understand my hair. I am not looking for much, just a really good cut. My hair is very thick but also very fine (not thin... very thick and fine as opposed to thick and course). My hair has a lot of potential but can end up looking really bad with a poor cut. It is not easy to find someone who tunes in to your specific hair. I think Heather is gifted and I would definitely go back to Glow to see her again! more

My daughter has been going to Roshan at Glow Boutique Salon for years. Recently I was in need of a real pick me up and decided to try Roshan at Glow. Not only did I get the best haircut I have had in several years, she recommended the Unite product line which is amazing for my fine, thin hair!! I have walked by Glow for a couple of years................recently I have had severe ""hair challenges"" and researched Redken salons in Portland. Glow is one of them. I stopped in and Courtney came to the front desk and did a consultation with me on the spot. I made an appointment for color and cut and am very pleased. Courtney helped color over a bad bleach job and we are getting me back to normal colors for me. But what I was more concerned about was the dry and brittle condition of my hair - something I had never experienced before (Hint: Don't go to an Aveda salon - their color products are extremely harsh)......Courtney used a clear gloss treatment on my hair and it was softer immediately. I have since had another hair trim to clip away the still damaged ends, and a gloss treatment. I am beginning to believe there is hope for my hair and I truly thank Courtney for her help, suggestions and work on my hair so far. more

I didnt care much for the salon but Kristina made everything better!!!! I struggled with the parking meter and was ready to go home and im glad i didnt!!! Kristina gave me a awesome cut that made my hair feel much thicker and i dont always have to style it to feel pretty. I came in with my girlfriend michelle who recommended Kristina and her color looked great. Kristina even told me that my natural red hair was perfect and not to color it. she offered me a clear shine gloss instead. I appreciate a stylist finally appreciating my red hair:) as all you red heads know that is just something we need to hear sometimes! Kristina! I love everything she does. She has been back and forth with my color because like a lot of people I cant make up my mind on my color ever. I have been going to Courtney at Glow Boutique for over a year now and she has been such a remarkable stylist. She has a cutting edge appoach and I trust her instincts with what to do with my hair every visit. She is AWESOME with her color technique's and I am constantly reminded of her wonderful work by the numerous compliments I get on my hair.
