They sold my nine year old (who bought with her own money) an IRola tablet, it stopped charging and when it does it last ten minutes and now will not connect to the internet.. two weeks later! and now they have changed their number and before they changed their number I was on hold to get a new charger for an hour after the one they sent me BROKE two days after she got it! And gee wouldn't you figure that the email them button does not work either! BAD COMPANY and will not honor their promises!!! DO NOT BUY FROM!!! more

I have been trying to call this company all day, first try it says the number is not in service, but the company that told me to call said this would happen, on the next tries, it actually rung and when it seemed like someone will answer it stopped ringing and nothing on the other side, I don't understand why no one will answer the phone. This doesn't look good to me.... more

This company is horrible! I got a defective tablet and was trying to call several times and kept getting put on eternal hold and then it would cut me off after waiting about 30 min. Then decided to leave a message on their general mailbox and still havent gotten a call back to get my tablet fixed. I guess it's, you get what you pay for on this cheaply made tablet. It's like a gamble loss I guess! Avoid getting any of this companys products because if it's broke you're screwed! more

My Mid 9100 will not boot up. I charged overnight. We I try to boot it goes to the android screen and hangs there. I have pressed reset button on back and I get same response. This is new tablet, I received two days ago. more

DO NOT purchase from this GLOBAL PHOENIX COMPUTER company. They sale stuff on eBay but you'll never get it after winning your bid. They send you an email asking you to call them. They tell you the item you win is not in good shape. They say they will contact you when they get a new shipment, which they never will. more

This is a terrible company to deal with. They are in the business of selling refurbished goods on e-bay. Unfortunately, alot of the items do not work and they have a no refund/exchange policy UNLESS THE ITEM IS DOA. Even when it is DOA It will take you countless telephone calls and many weeks of waiting before you get your refund. Additionally, they say they will give you a refund in full (including shipping for which they charge extremely high fees for) but they won't. You will pay for the item to be shipped to you at double the rate and then you have to pay for the item to be shipped back to them and they won't give you a dime for the expenses even though your item arrived not working. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!! If you want the item that bad, buy it new....the savings they offer will cost you in the end. more
