These are bad people not the workers the owners, they do not care about anyone all they care about is money, money,money. They will steal from you without a care there employees are just there bitches they order around to do there sH** work, I am living there now and I am going to be leaving as soon as I get my take money, they are breaking multiple laws! There homes are just good enough to get you in and then within a week you will have sewage coming up all your pipes. Cock roaches in your walls holes are covered my boards which are also cover dangerous mold. Please for the safety and health of your family do NOT LIVE HERE ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN. more

The manager of this park is a lair.She tries to say she is the owner.She wants to kick me and my family out ! She came to my house BEFORE the rent was due and said she will not accept our rent unless we pay double because my husband gets paid on Tuesday instead of Friday! Which does not make us late and if so I told her we will pay late fees.She refuses to talk nicely and swears and scream in front of my 5 year old grandson.She harasses us and I had to call the police on her!DO NOT RENT FROM THIS WOMAN SHE WILL LIE AND CHEAT TO GET HER MONEY!SHE GETS A BONUS IF THE RENT IS PAYED BY 12 ON SATURDAY! SHE WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU AT ALL!!!!!!! more

DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY!!!\r I put down a deposit on a specific trailer and when I went back the next day someone else was already moving into it! I was told my deposit would be lost unless I moved in within a week. The only other 3 BRs they had were in other parks which I had not seen and were far away from where I needed to live. They refused to return my full deposit and the management there lied to me over and over and over again. Glen Pearson is the owner of Oak Run, River Run, Glenwood, Ralston Beach, J+L, and North Rome MHP. If you give them money at one they will take it as a deposit, even if someone else has put a deposit on the SAME TRAILER!!! You can find a good place even if you have little deposit or bad credit, just look on Craigs list and STAY AWAY FROM HERE! There was a murder in this park already this year btw. more
