I trusted them 100 percent, which I can't say of many others. 12/2/2011

Basically, I've used Glenville Terrace Auto Body. I actually ended up selling my car in May, so I don't have a car anymore, but before that I used Glenville Terrace Auto Body for 2 years maybe, and every time I had a problem with the car they always squeezed me in. They went out of their way to communicate with me and let me know what was wrong, and I thought that their prices were very reasonable compared to others. They're also very honest. One time, they diagnosed my car with something, charged me money to fix it, but it turned out that the problem wasn't fixed. I brought it in, and they reimbursed me for the money I paid before. I would recommend them to everybody. Barry is a great owner, and just a good businessman, because he really takes car of his customers. I trusted them 100 percent, which I can't say of many other auto mechanics. more

People will be honest and help you out! 11/4/2011

I had some issues after my emissions inspection and I went to Glenville Terrace Auto Body. I went back and forth, but Glenville Terrace Auto Body was very helpful and very honest. I saved a lot of money with them! They didn't tell me things that actually didn't need to get done, which I was appreciative of. I have been a customer at Glenville Terrace Auto Body for a year and a half. The people there are really nice and they'll be honest with you and help you out! Andrew Bosson more

They were proficient and on top of things! 10/10/2011

Every time I go to Glennville Terrace Auto Body, the people there remember my name, and they're very communicative. They do everything possible to help you. In this case, I was able to pay through a warranty. Glenville Terrace Auto Body called the company itself so I wouldn't have to pay anything! They were on top of things and did the work right away. An honest and reliable business! 10/6/2011

I guess I would just say that there's no other auto body company that I would want to work with. The people at Glenville Terrace Auto Body are completely honest. They're reliable, trustworthy, and open. I've never been so trusting of a company in terms of all companies in general, not just auto mechanics. They break things down and are helpful at explaining things. I never feel scammed and feel like I'm getting the best deal with Glenville Terrace. I moved out of the area but I still plan to go to Glenville Terrace Auto Body. There's nowhere else I would go to! more

Honest and Great Quality Work for a Great Price! 6/17/2011

I got two quotes from other shops of $1,400 and $1,300 before going to Glenville Terrace Auto Body Shop. I wanted three things, a tune-up and to replace my windshield wipers. The third was a loud grinding noise in the front two tires that needed fixing. I left my car for the tune-up and evaluation of the noise. They called me and I was very happy. I spent $55.00 for the tune-up and wipers. The sound in the front tires was fixed at no cost. They saved me over $1,200.00. Great shop and I will never go any where else for my auto needs. What I love about this shop is they are honest and true mechanics. They pay their mechanics and body shop people a salary. They don't work on commission so they do not need to jack up the price and give bogus quotes to generate a commission for their work. They do not rip off their customers and that is what makes them stand above other shops. more

Great job! 6/12/2011

Upon first calling Glenville Terrace Auto Body, I was told that they were backed up from the winter storms, but they were willing, if my insurance company was ok with the wait before they could start working on my car. I got updates on progress and upon seeing my car finished, it looked beautiful! Not only did they repair my car from the accident, they also noticed a problem with the steering. They printed out and explained the problem, how much it would cost, what they would do (personally if it was their vehicle), and also printed the notice from the maker. Great group of people and I will definitely be back. more

Glenville Terrace Auto Body-these are my guys, I go to them for everything! 3/10/2011

Glenville Terrace Auto Body is fantastic. Everybody in my office uses them on my recommendation. They provide maintenance on our company cars as well as my personal vehicles. They've dealt with everything from insurance companies to doing paintwork for me personally. They do good work there and are very knowledgeable. They provide great customer service. They also do exactly what they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do it. They are always willing to work with you. Whenever you go in, the owner is always there to greet you, so it's not like going into a large shop where nobody knows your or even acknowledges you. They are all really friendly guys there. I highly recommend them. more

Great work and very good customer service 6/8/2009

I was put through to glenville auto body from my insurance. It's the first time I've had car work done here in Boston so I was obviously a bit nervous. This was all set aside once I spoke with them. I was speaking primarly with Carlton who's a great guy. He was very upfront about everything and even pointed out a few things that they might also need to look at. Long story short is that it came out perfect, the service was very fast (two days) and Carlton kept in touch the whole time which is invaluable in my book. Pros: quality of work, communication and customer service more

Best shop I've ever dealt with! 10/21/2008

I am new to the Boston area, and when someone decided to break the mirror off of my car, I didn?t have a set place to go. When I went to Glenville Terrace Auto Body, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful: explained all my options to me and helped me get the best deal. In addition, the work was done in less than 24 hours and looks as good as or better than new! What really inspired me write a review was that they washed my car! It was rather dirty, so that was appreciated, but then when I got in the car I saw that they polished and vacuumed the interior, too! I couldn?t believe it! This kind of service is far above standard and they should be commended for it. more
