I have used Glenn Aire since 2015 and never have I ever had a company that ALWAYS took their time to explain things, never in a rush to get out the door and also give me any discounts they can. Today I had a different tech, Nathan, and I could not be more pleased. He is a sweetheart and I might add went above the call of duty. And by the way, wasn’t due for my yearly service call but my a/c went out yesterday, I called and they came first thing today. Can’t praise them enough!!! I know you too will be pleased !!! more

Great service 1/30/2019

Nathan W. was prompt, courteous, and did a thorough job with our first bi-annual check up. He addressed all my questions and fixed the one problem with the air filter that we had. I would highly recommend this company and Nathan! Customer service is excellent. more

Nathan Whitney performed an annual checkup on my air conditioner systems today and did an excellent job. He explained the repairs made and showed me the needed information to apply for a rebate from my utility company. He was personable, helpful and professional. He completed the work in an efficient manner and represented Glenn Aire very well. Thanks for a good job! more

installation of new system 5/23/2018

Mason and Chantz were the installers for our new Trane equipment. They were both very cordial and professional. A bit young, but they knew what they were doing. They worked very hard and were here from 8:30am to 6:00pm. They took their time and did a great job, explaining all my questions. The system is working super cool so far. We have only used Glenn Aire as heating and ac service since being in Granbury for 8 years now and have been very satisfied with their service. more

Attention to Detail and Worth the Price 1/17/2017

Matt spend nearly 2 hours and 20 minutes at my house on the first visit and provided 4 different quotes with tremendous attention to a number of different details. A completely new system is obviously a large sum of money for most folks, but I haven't felt this good about a large purchase in a very long time as Vint and Travis did a great job on the installation too. Sometimes, you get what you pay for and I would whole heartedly recommend them. more

Saturday Service Call 7/16/2016

My AC stopped working at midnight Friday. I called Glenn Aire on Saturday morning and they said they had a tech on duty and he would call me to arrange a time for service. He (Charles Miller) called and stated he could be at my home around 11:00 a.m.. He was very prompt, efficient, and knowledgeable. He corrected the problem in a very efficient manner and was very professional in every way. I appreciate this company and the service they offer. I have used them before and I will use them again, as well as referring them to others. more
