Glenbrook are masters at the hard-sell on non-recommended, unnecessary service. Always feel violated when we visit these people. They are constantly pushing service that is outs...

Employees are wonderful. 4/9/2014

I was in there 4-2 to see about getting trunk latch fixed on my Elantra. Rob Barney took care of my car and he couldn't have been nicer. Explained what was wrong, ordered parts, and set up appt for me to bring car back in. Give the man a raise. Everybody there is nice and one of the things I like is nobody seems in a hurry to rush you off. They take time to explain things and to a female who knows zip about cars, that means a lot. My next car will be a Hyundai. more

I'm glad I purchased the warranty on the vehicle because the engine needed to be replaced at 69,000 miles. They honored the warranty but missed little details like low tire pressure. If you ever have any service done, don't give them any benefit of the doubt. more
