I found my new car at GLEN TOYOTA! Luckily it did not take very long. I put off getting a new car for so long because it's always a hassle. Due to bad experiences before, I went in with everything I needed this time. I also had my husband there to ask all of the questions I forget to ask. The last time I went for a new car, I was disappointed by the treatment I received with the finance manager. This time I wanted to be sure of what I was getting into. No surprises. All in all, it was a great experience. Definitely a place to go if you know what you want! more

My wife and I spent a week being in the market for a new Toyota Prius. We all know that all dealerships have nothing but sharks waiting for the next car buyer as their prey. I have been in contact with 4 other Toyota dealerships in Bergen Cty as we search for the car that we want.\r \r This is the only dealership where a sales consultant passed our very high requirements. MIND YOU, \r \r THE VERY RARE HIGH RATING I GIVE ONLY PERTAINS TO RUDY BALBI ALONE. IT IS ONLY THE SALES CONSULTANT WE ARE GIVING HIGH PRAISES AND RECOMMENDING YOU GUYS GO TO.\r \r RUDY BALBI was the car buyer's car slaesman. He is VERY COURTEOUS, HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, TACTFUL AND CARRIES HIMSELF WELL. He honored my simple request --- do not play games with me nor do the car dealer "" dance"", I simply have no time for it.\r \r He conducted himself without putting pressure and pageantry ( which incidentally PRESTIGE TOYOTA IN MAHWAH is full of )...NO BULL$#!T ( which TOYOTA OF HACKENSACK AND PARKWAY TOYOTA IN Englewod Cliffs are made of ) ..\r \r Do you want courteous service and hassle-free car buying , go see RUDY BALBI. \r \r Do not even mess with his supervisor, Al Montes, who did not even had the courtesy of thanking us when we got our deal and bought a car from this dealership...Nor do not even mess with this guy Jose, I honestly do not know what he does, also no courtesy...\r \r CONSUMERS ARE COMMODITIES, IF WE DO NOT MAKE THESE SCHMUCKS KNOW THAT WE ARE THE ONES WHO PUT FOOD ON THEIR TABLE, THEN WE, AS CUNSUMERS WILL ALWAYS BE ON THE LOSING END. more
