My wife and I spent a week being in the market for a new Toyota Prius. We all know that all dealerships have nothing but sharks waiting for the next car buyer as their prey. I have been in contact with 4 other Toyota dealerships in Bergen Cty as we search for the car that we want.\r

This is the only dealership where a sales consultant passed our very high requirements. MIND YOU, \r

RUDY BALBI was the car buyer's car slaesman. He is VERY COURTEOUS, HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL, RESPECTFUL, TACTFUL AND CARRIES HIMSELF WELL. He honored my simple request --- do not play games with me nor do the car dealer "" dance"", I simply have no time for it.\r

He conducted himself without putting pressure and pageantry ( which incidentally PRESTIGE TOYOTA IN MAHWAH is full of )...NO BULL$#!T ( which TOYOTA OF HACKENSACK AND PARKWAY TOYOTA IN Englewod Cliffs are made of ) ..\r

Do not even mess with his supervisor, Al Montes, who did not even had the courtesy of thanking us when we got our deal and bought a car from this dealership...Nor do not even mess with this guy Jose, I honestly do not know what he does, also no courtesy...\r
