Glass Technology installed mirrors into a large, three section family room cabinet. The installation included rear panels and base plates. The job was complicated as the mirrors needed to be notched in several corners. The job turned out fantastic. We are completely satisfied with Glass Technologys work. We appreciated the customer service Kris provided and the professional installation done on time and at a very competitive price. Their installer James did an excellent job on this challenging installation. We will definitely use Glass Technologies again in the future and would recommend their company. You came through for me, once again! So grateful there are still companies that give real customer service, but you guys really went beyond! I have had two occasions in the last two years where I have called at unusual hours, on the weekend and 8:00pm and someone picked up the phone (Chris), that was a sigh of relief for me. I had locked myself out of my house (long story, lol) and the only way in was through a window. Everyone was so helpful, I really appreciate all of you! Thank you again! Happy Holidays! Outstanding Customer Service & Installation 1/5/2011

Glass Technologies designed and installed a custom glass shower enclosure for us. It turned out gorgeous! They were very knowledgeable, clean, and reliable. After dealing with shoddy and crafty contractors in the past, we were pleasantly surprised to find a local company that did exactly as promised and surpassed our expectations! Much kudos to their whole staff. We certainly recommend GT and will do business with them again! more

A Fantastic Working Relationshop 10/19/2010

Being in the Retail Construction Buisnesss for over 30 years, I recently was given a project to do with a schedule that was tight at best. Without the help and the cooperation of Kris and her staff my project would not have been completed on time. When they were called on to work "whatever it takes" to get this job done they did, working to 230 am and making the project complete. The finish product is absolutly beautiful and exactly what the customer wanted. We have used this company on our building a number of times and have always had great service. Their technicians are proffesional and look to take care of us and our tenants. I highly recommend and I will most definitely do business them again! 7/8/2010

I got myself in a terrible bind. I just bought a new home, locked myself out, locksmith couldn't help! Without a solution but breaking my window, I got on the internet to look for a window company and am so grateful Glass Technologies was 1 out of 3 that my search pulled. Sent an email(it was evening) and within 15 minutes I received a call. I explain to the girl (think her name was Chris, I'm terrible with names) on the phone my situation, we considered different options, she was so helpful! The next day I was in my home. The gentleman that came to the house was great as well. Accessed all window to see what would be the best to break, explained why, etc. He was neat, pleasant and boarded up the window until my new one was ordered. The following week, window was in! Thank you for sending Mark and his crew to our home for tint installation and glass replacement. He is an expert in both the product and its installation. The crew was careful with our belongings and everything came through this difficult and messy process unharmed. They even replaced window molding that was improperly installed by someone else. Additionally, they are friendly and easy to work with. We recommend Mark and his crew if you are tinting or replacing glass in your home. more

After having qoutes from three other vendors, we chose Glass Technologies to apply window film to our home because of their knowledge, product options and price. I recently purchased a house with over 30 large west facing windows that were installed in early eighties, expectedly my heating bill was over $400 a month. I was looking for a solution that would save energy, preserve views and also reduce heat in summer. My options were to replace windows with Low e ($50,000) or use a window film (Less than $5,000). Being in science field, I researched the options extensively and concluded that the two options are equivalent. I then came down to finding the right company. Glass Technologies has exceeded my expectations in all respects, they explained all the options, had the widest range of films at best prices. The install was done to perfection, I cannot tell if the film is on there, I have already noticed energy savings and the view is unaltered. It is also supposed to reduce glare, for which I might have to wait until summer. Overall this has turned out to be a great decision. more

Exceptional Service and Quality Workmanship 1/14/2010

Glass Technologies replaced my wife's windshield last month and we were very impressed with their level of service. This is the second windshield we have had replaced by them. Highly Recommend 12/31/2009

As I drove thru Snohomish on a cold and snowy day, I watched as that chip in my windshield spread all the way across the glass, first to the left and then to the right. Afraid the windshield was going to end up in my lap, I got directions to nearest auto glass repair shop. Luckily it was Glass technologies. Had me in and out in 30 min. and according to my local guy for less then the Las vegas rates. more
