Call in got estimate from Jordan, he gave great customer service from beginning to end. I even check out another company Safelite they didn't match cash payment so I went with Jordan and Glass Masters. more

AWESOME job, AWESOME pace, AWESOME PRICE!!!!!!! One morning, my wife decided that she wanted the windshield replace now! So I call Glass Master, they gave me the lowest quote in town and told me if I bring the car in that same morning I would be out in 40 minutes. So we went and they were done before we got to finish our breakfast at a near by restaurant. You guys are AWESOME!!!! more

I was by a rock on the highway and the ding turned into a crack. I called serval companies but Glass Masters told me they could fix my car the same day and the price was unbeatable. I got to the shop and I was impressed with how friendly the staff was and how short the wait was. I would recommend them to everyone I know. We woke up to our car broken into and to be honest if it wasn't for Glass Masters, the rest of the day would have been horrible. The window that was broken just so happens to be the most expensive window on our car or any other car. And of course we only had liability so we had to pay out of pocket. We called several placed and were getting really expensive quotes. I made one last call to Glass Masters and about fell off my chair when they told me they would charge me half of what the other people were. We kept calling back to make sure there wasn't a mistake..They got us right in and fixed in with in half an hour. And it cost exactly what they said it would to the penny. They advertise 50% of the cost of any other glass company and they mean it. Please please check them out they truly are amazing. more

Do not go there. Customer Service is unacceptable. See their Better Business rating! They never responded and they don't care. They spend a lot more money on advertising than on customers. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any business. I too had a shattered window and set up an appointment for 9:30 the next morning, they fixed my window but BROKE MY DOOR, it no longer opened! When I returned they told me that I should just beat on it, and that one day it might fix itself, I waited all day long for the manager who never showed up. When I talked to him on the phone he said he would not pay for it, he cussed me out, and told me he was going to fix my truck and then slam my head into the concrete. My girlfriend who was nothing but nice and professional on the phone, called him later to straighten things out and he called her vulgar names and told her to do filthy and explicit things. This is the manager I am talking about! How can you manage a business when you cant manage your mouth! DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, take your business elsewhere! My car was broken into one night, the window was shattered. I called Glass Masters after 9:30 pm, and got a live person on the line! She set up an appointment for first thing the next morning. The next day, I was in and out of there in less than one hour, and even made it to work on time. The price was unbeatable. The employees were friendly and efficient.
