The prices are extremely over inflated!!!

Rip off! Non responsive. 8/3/2011

I tried to contact the company after ordering one photo that Glamourcraft had taken of my son at the end of year awards ceremony. I ordered a 3 x 5 pic and the shipping charge was $12 dollars!!! I immediately called and emailed trying to cancel the order and no response. When the picture arrived, the postage on the envelope was $1.90.... They charged $10.00 OVER actual shipping cost. TERRIBLE! AND the picture had a hideous colored background to boot. Will never buy another pic from Glamourcraft again. I am calling the school also to inform them. more

TOO EXPENSIVE!!! 1/26/2007

Do NOT take photos here, they are a RIPOFF. Their prices are extremely high. My daughter HAD to take her senior portrait here and when we went to go look at the proofs the prices were way out of range...I asked if I could BUY a photo on a CD and they would not let me, these people MONOPOLIZE off of a memorable event....I ended up taking her to Glamour Shots they did an awesome job and they also ALLOWED me to buy as many photos on a CD as I wanted for a FEE... Pros: You will get your picture taken Cons: TOO EXPENSIVE, NOT ENOUGH CHOICES FOR THE MONEY more
