Girasole- Edgy and Superior.. and NOT in a Casino 11/11/2007

Girasole... Definitely not in a casino and because of this, it makes this place even more incredibly wonderful. My husband and I had the joy of eating there this weekend and I was blown away by every aspect of this establishment. The food quality is superior, the service is delightful, and the decor is very edgy. This place is a gem and I can't wait to dine with them on our next visit. The have a brick oven pizza in the back of the restaurant and the pizza's are really nice, thin, cracker like, just well executed. I can't say enough about this place. Make a reservation and plan to have an enchanting evening. Pros: Food Quality, Fun Atmosphere, Fresh Italian Menu more

There is a restaurant that is giving Hell?s Kitchen a run for its money! I thought that you ought to know that this restaurant is totally ripping off your idea by providing bottom-of-the-barrel service to its patrons. However, unlike your show where the potential diners have some idea that a bad meal awaits, the patrons of Girasole are unsuspecting pawns. Pros: Good food Cons: Horrible service more

Best kept secret in AC 10/22/2002

I have been coming here for years. If you aren't being comp'd by the casino, this is the only place in town I would consider eating. As good as any Italian restaurant in NYC. Pros: good wines, wood burning oven, nice service Cons: can be crowded, a little hard to find more

finest food & service i've seen in a long time.this is one of a/c best kept secrets.find it and enjoy but call ahead for reservations.the crew of oceans eleven had all good things to say.i was glad to have given them the inside on this rest. looking forward to my next trip in so i can visit. thanks again more
