Gino's Santa Cruz Auto Wrecking Recyclin Dismantling

I have been a Gino's customer a real long time they have bought my Business Trucks 6 in total each time I upgrade most recently yesterday. As usual a real nice local clean and comfortable auto shop with friendly service they are fantastic to work with always accommodate my busy schedule which is often after hours they go the extra mile and always help me out. I also get my parts from Gino's and have received a helluva lot of good deals over the years.\r \r I wouldn't sell my Trucks or buy Parts from just anyone I trust Gino's and highly recommend them their integrity, efficiency and service is second to none. I had front end collision damage on my Pickup. Went over to Gino's (they are in my neighborhood) they had all the Toyota Parts I needed, even delivered them. I'm back on the road thanks to Gino, his outstanding team and excellent parts. I'd never go anywhere else. more

Toyota people spend money on taking care of their cars. Gino gets you the OEM real Toyota genuine part, and that ain't cheap. he will hunt everywhere til' he gets you that hard part to find. If you aren't into your yota you are just a crybaby mother f'er! more

I have lived in Santa Cruz since 1974, for nearly 40 years, but this is the first review I have written for a local business. In those years I have only owned second hand cars, including a Ford Falcon station wagon, a Ford Fiesta, a Ford Granada, a 1965 VW Bug, a Diesel-powered VW Jetta, a gasoline-powered VW Jetta, a VW Dasher, and a 1991 Toyota Tercel. It originally took me a year or two to find Gino’s Santa Cruz Carco, a recycler of cars and trucks. Since then, for well over 30 years, Gino’s (at two successive locations) has been the parts house for all of my cars. Things I have bought from Gino’s include a Toyota engine, body panels, plastic brake light fixtures, wheel rims, tires, hubcaps, rear view mirrors, gas tank caps, windshields, a steering mechanism, carpet replacements, etc. The staff was always helpful, the parts were always of good quality, if they were not in stock they were found rapidly, and the prices were always reasonable and cheaper than elsewhere. You could probably look on eBay for a Toyota 4x4 and find one for even less money. Why would you want to buy one from a wrecking yard? We sold a Toyota pickup (non-running and NOT 4x4) to Gino. He gave us a really good price, and now that I'm looking for parts, I won't consider going anywhere else. more

I guess I know better than to go to a junk yard to by a car. Yeah, offer $700 for $2500 in parts & whine when you're declined. Went for a couple of parts I've been searching for. $5.00 for both. Saved me $250 Pros: huge selection more

this guy wont sell me a toyota 4x4 complete because ""i get more money off of parts"" i would of gave gino 500-750 bucks for this truck but thanks to him im tellin all my friends not to go there for anything Pros: lots of parts Cons: wont sell a whole car more
