We went to Gino's for the first time and boy did we leave with a bad impression and a sour stomach. Service was slow, very slow and attention to detail was nil to none. I ordered the Chicken Caesar Wrap which was literally DRINCHED in the salad dressing and oozed out of the corners of the COLD flour wrap. The chicken was overcooked, dry, and HARD and so was the ONE piece overcooked bacon. You could chip a tooth on it. It was that disgusting. The menu said this was a Chief Speciality...my butt!! \r

My significant other ordered a chicken sandwich which came out looking like a flippin chicken sloppy joe! The sandwich ingredients were all over the bun and plate when it was brought out to us. Where is Chief Ramsay when you need him to give a good verbal bashing because this place needs a wake up call. \r
