Nearly all the party and event companies can claim involvement with large and small events, but few can boast the experience or expertise associated with Ginger's Party Rental.

Worst

I would NEVER recommend renting anything from these people. They are the rudest and insensitive "business" people that i've ever had to deal with.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I rented a carnival canopy that would serve as the center of my event and the canopy was rusty and broken. I called the store at that time and waiting 25 minutes to speak to the manager. She asked me to take a picture and send it to them, which I did. When I returned the canopy to them, the manager said it didn't leave broken and she wasn't saying I broke it but I couldn't get my money back. I will NEVER give them my business again and I would not recommend them to anyone else. I would suggest a new manager who knows how to deal with customers. more
