Gilmore's Solar, Heating & Air 2/20/2016

Matt has been the tech that has come out to do our semi-annual check-up of our HVAC several times. Matt is great! Cares bout the equipment, his profession & his customers he works with. Gilmore's is a wonderful company and one that I've done business with when it comes to heating & air matters for more than 15 years. Gilmore's is continually striving to do better in all aspects of their services & everyone that I've had contact with are very cordial, easy to talk to and concerned that as their customer they provide you with the best of the best. The cost is extremely workable also. more

Contacted Gilmore Heating & Air to have someone come out and assess our 16 year old HVAC system. Ryan N. was our contact and he was extremely professional and helpful. He fairly assessed our old system, and gave us a thorough review of options for upgrading. He walked us through the financing and we were very satisfied with his service. more

Club Heat Maintenance 10/8/2015

The maintenance took an hour or so. All components are working perfectly. My only complaint is not with the technician, but what seems to be the company policy of insisting the technician educate me about the inner workings of my system. I do not care HOW it works, but just the current condition. Please stop this silly, time-consuming policy. Otherwise, I give both the technician and the company an A. more

Yesterday Jason Marshall inspected our Carrier central heating and air conditioning. I purchased this home in pioneer, Great inspection of heat and air conditioning in my home which I purchased this year. Jason was so thorough and did a great job.. I was very pleased with his inspection and he took pictures of my system and explained each photo to me. I would definitely hire him again. He represents his employer with a professional presentation and was very polite. c more
