Nothing was explained. The service personnel was not very helpful or welcoming. I assumed my car would at least be vacuumed, but I got it back dirtier than when it was brought in...

When I went in for them to check my battery they said it was no problem so I knew it was a problem so I took it to Wal-Mart for a battery test and it required a new battery so took the diagnostic test back more

Usually get good service 6/8/2015

Can't give a good review. They were suppose to fix a slow leak in one of the tires and they charged to fix it, but they didn't fix it. Said they rotated the tires, but they do not appear to be rotated. Same tire has the leak. more

I was skeptical at first because in the past I would be there all day. Allen scheduled my appointment, the appointment was upheld at said time, service was quick and accurate. Allen even made sure all my campaigns were up to date. Excellent more
