The Dr. was terrific. I liked him alot. But, his office staff is a huge problem. I have gotten the wrong prescription from the company they order contact lens from. I waited for the prescription for a very long time; at least a month. When I received the contact lens in the mail, it wasn't labeled Rt. eye for this one and Lt. eye for the other. I called for clarification and they discovered the error. They told me they would reorder and I would have them the following day and would call when they came in. That was on Thursday. I finally called them on the following Wednesday and the contact lens were there and they hadn't called. I took the wrong contacts back to them and got the correct ones. Then, there was supposed to be a rebate for ordering a year's supply. They gave me a coupon and told me how to go online to put in the code. It would be a $60.00 rebate. I went to the internet site as instructed and entered the code. The response was that the code was outdated. I called the office back and they gave me another code to enter. I hung up and entered that code. This time it said that this code had already been used. I called back the third time and the office told me that they would find another code for me and would call me right back. I don't expect a call. I would have thought it was just my bad luck buy my husband went to the Dr. too and is having similar problems ie: contacts not delivered as promised, no calls when deliveries arrive thru the office as promised. Very good Dr. but the office staff are very unreliable.
