I had a great experience at this repair shop. fast service,great techs. the owner is courteous as well. But, he used to have a manager who was fired for pocketing cash and intimidating customers. He is a rat and will get hi. on our dead fathers grave. do not believe these bad reviews. they are written by the same ex-employee that i was just talking about. personally i liked him until he turned into a tattle tale. bahahaha u are washed up. let the new generation show u how its done. I went to gibbons automotive recently to have my car detailed and an oil change. I've never seen my car so clean. I was in and out with the oil change and the detail in about 45 minutes. I was so impressed with the service i recieved i decided to see what everyone else was saying on the interweb about them. I can assure all readers that, everything was purely professional and everything about my car down to the last penny in the cup holder was still in tact. Gibbons automotive was mentioned to be by a friend of mine from the military who has known the entire family for years who says that these are great people with great hearts. I would take anything else on this site your read thats negative and throw it out the window. This place had the service and the know how. I would send anyone here with complete confidence. I went in with an old beater I'd bought for a steal, worried that I might have picked up a lemon. This team not only flushed the car's system and changed the oil for a song, they did a thorough look-over on the car and reviewed it with me so I could see any potential problems it may have. They helped set up a plan of action for me and my car, and assured me that I'd done a good job picking out a cheap car that still has good life in it. Gibbons Automotive in Media is the kind of car service place you wished you had been going to all along. The guys are honest, straightforward and just know cars. I go out of my way from Center City Philadelphia to drive to Media because of the quality of service. As the owner of a 15 year old foreign car, I appreciate their knowledge and expertise. Their location in Media is right downtown, so depending on how long you need to leave your car, you can walk up the street for coffee or take the trolley back to the city. Use them for your annual state inspection and they will go over your car and tell you what needs to be addressed. Check them out and you will want to go back.
