This place has the best pizza in St. Pete. I'm very picky about the sauce and Gianni's makes one of the best I've ever had. You can tell they use quality ingredients and the crust is perfect every time. I work in the area and love their lunch specials. Only wish they had another location closer to where I live in Largo. Reminded me of a pizzeria I used to go to on 41st street & 13th ave in Brooklyn! The only difference is that Gianni's has a lot more class. Nice ""Bistro"" type atmosphere also reminds me of a NY style place. OK, now let me comment on the best part...the food! The regular pizza is great...but my favorite is the ""Nonna's Pizza"" amazing flavor! Check these guys out...great food and service. This is the best pizza you can find in St. Petersburg with an assortment of gourmet pizza's. A true family owned pizzeria really from Italy, they make their own fresh tomato sauce and pizza dough, not like the others that get their sauce pre-made in a can. They use top quality ingredients and fresh mozzarella and generous amount of toppings, including basil and fresh garlic. Go try for yourself, have the Margherita pizza with fresh mozzarella and basil and a italian beer Peroni, I guarantee you'll come back for more! Pros: The Margherita Pizza - you gotta try it! more

After traveling all over Tampa Bay the verdict is out. Giannis Ny Pizza blows everyone out of the water. I did not believe it to be true till I tried it on a reccomendation. The place is beautiful inside and super clean. There are always pretty girls working. I do not know how they do it, but there pizza is just as good and maybe even better than places I use to eat at in New York. I live in NY for 15 years and I am so happy that now I can get my pizza fix! They even got cheesecake from Cheesecake factory! Amaroso bread for there Philly Steaks! REAL Buffalo Chicken Wings.
