Beware of ""Wrinkle Free Fridays"" 1/3/2012

I heard some good things about Gia Laser and their ""Wrinkle Free Fridays"" where Botox was $10 per unit. I decided to give it a try even though the Botox was administered by a nurse.\r They took before pictures of me, administered $460.00 worth of the stuff and I was to return 2 weeks later for the ""follow up"". I returned 16 days later with less than acceptable results. I was still able to frown and the before/after pictures didn't show discernable difference except that the lines were a bit softer.\r The nurse wanted to put in more (which would have cost in addition to the $460). I think that is ""bait and switch"" tactic. 46 units (unless tax was included) should have produced much better results. I would NOT recommend this place. I will continue to show all my friends the less than acceptable results of Gia Laser. more

I Love This Place! 8/26/2011

I have been to Gia Laser over a few dozen times! I Love this place! The Doctor, nurses and aethetician's are extremely professional and very nice! I've had laser treatments, facials, botox, juvederm and radiesse as well as use their image skin care line. The front office staff is so sweet and they are always so helpful in getting me in on my tight schedule. I would never have another doctor touch my face, ever! I highly recommend Gia Laser! more

I'm So Glad I Finally Did It! 1/18/2011

I am so glad I finally took my friends' advice and got BOTX and fillers at gia spa. I am in pharmaceutical sales and need to look good when I'm peddling my meds to docs in the area. Several of my colleagues had been getting Botox and dermal fillers at gia and told me I needed to try it. I didn't think my wrinkles were that bad, but when we all went out and I was the only one not carded, I realized that my skin was aging faster than I wanted it to. (My friend is older and even she got carded) I am really fussy about my skin and don't like people poking at it, let alone getting needles in it. But I am vain so since all my work friends were trusting Dr kronson at gia, I figured I would give it a try. The results were amazing!!! Kronson is such a pro - and I know because I'm around docs all day long. l I can't say enough good stuff about gia. The place is beautiful and the staff was warm and friendly. And, I am happy to say, I do look a LOT younger ; ) Can't wait to see if I get carded! If you have wrinkles, go see the gia folks and they'll take care of you! more

My Legs Are Gorgeous Thanks to Gia 1/17/2011

I am very thankful for this wonderful laser spa, which has made my legs beautiful again and helped to put the zing back in my marriage. My husband had been complaining that my legs were prickly and that's not exactly sexy. Being called a cactus was not fueling our love life. I hated shaving all the time, but knew I had to do something. My husband suggested laser hair removal, but I was skeptical. I decided to try it at Gia to placate him. Boy, was I in for a pleasant surprise. First of all, Gia is such a pretty and clean place, which is very important to me. I had tried another spa for facials and it smelled, but Gia was pleasant and relaxing with no weird smells. When I got to Gia, I was treated like a queen, seriously, they made me feel so comfortable and pampered. Then, the process was so easy and the dr. and nurses and other staff were amazing. While I was there, I decided to take care of a few spider veins that had popped up after having my son and Dr. Kronson made it so simple and painless. I couldn't believe how great my legs looked afterwards. I feel sexy again and my husband loves my smooth and pretty legs. more

Best Skin Treatments in Inland Empire! 1/15/2011

I am very happy with my treatments that I have had done at Gia Laser. Not only is the doctor extremley knowledgeable and great at what he does, I am very impressed with the aesthetician & nurse there as well. I am considering trying a few treatments with them. \r The manager told me they have a promotion coming up soon, so I will get some great deals on the services I am considering. can't wait! more

FANTASTIC Med Spa - Friendly Staff & Dr. 1/14/2011

I found out about Gia from a friend and am so happy I did. I have been going to Gia Aesthetic Center for several different treatments during the couple months and LOOOVE every one of them. BOTOX is definitely my favorite - my husband thinks I look great and I really feel sooooo much better about myself. Guess those years of tanning with the baby oil caught up to me and I was wrinkly at a young age. Yes, my daughter was the one who said to me, Mommy, why do you have crinklies under your eyes and on your forehead??? After visiting Gia, those lines are gone. Everyone is so nice there and very professional. I appreciated Dr. Kronson’s patience and sense of humor as well as his expertise. Now, several friends in my Mom’s group are also going to Gia. Yeah to looking younger! I can't wait to try the laser hair removal that my friend loves. more

Dr. Kronson is a CON ARTIST!!!! DONT GO THERE!!!! 1/4/2011

I have never been so degraded as to when I spoke with Dr.Kronson. After spending several hundred dollars at his ""Laser Center"" he had some staff issues which caused him to close the place down for about 2 weeks. When he re-opened, none of the previous staff was there, and nobody trained in laser hair removal. Being as I was in the midst of my laser treatments, I called him to explain my concern. He repeatedly told me that he was an ""extremely educated surgeon"" and that if I were unhappy, he would send me a refund check for my services that I did not receive. That was in June and I have still not gotten that supposed check. He will not return my calls, and so I am out my $$. He does NOT respect women at all, so if you like that kind of charming (NOT!) man, then set up an appt with him. You are sure to vomit! He is full of himself and isn't even educated in skincare - he is a VASCULAR SURGEON. Look at the reviews, I am not the only one who has had problems with this place! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY! more

Not a single dermatologist - Unethical ""discount tactics"" 11/4/2010

One price, then another, The oh that coupon is not valid anymore, then oh yes but you can use it towards your next session. Not a single dermatologist works there. The Dr. is a vascular surgeon. No expertize in skin care more

Disfigured - Do Not Go There 10/26/2010

Had treatment by nurse. Used wrong dosage and needles. Had to have intensive corrective treatments by a dermatologist. Do not make the mistake of believing that this Aesthetic center is an accredited. They would not allow a follow up consultation and refered me to another ""nurse"" who was then not available. Do not even think of going to this place. more

SEVERELY BURNED AT GIA 10/11/2010

I was severely burned during a laser treatment at Gia. SEVERELY. I was assessed by a local doctor and told that I have second degree burns all over the treated area. Gia technicians were rude to me when I went in for a refund and did not apologize for the damage. AVOID IF POSSIBLE!! more

Best Med spa! 9/7/2010

I have really dark hair on my legs and bikini area that I have been so embarrassed about my whole life! I finally got the guts up to go in for a consult at Gia Laser. It was so easy. The nurse I talked to was so nice and understanding. She answered all my questions and addressed my concerns. I had 6 treatments on each area and I have to say they were easier than I thought they would be! They have a machine that blows cold air that the nurse let me follow the laser with while she did it! It was so great! And now I have only a couple of hairs here and there...NO more DARK thick hair! Best money I ever spent and I'm glad I did it a Gia. They know what they are doing!!!! more

I look 5 years younger! 9/6/2010

I turned 50 this year and decided it was finally time to do something for myself, so I visited Gia Laser to see what they offered. I had old sun damage, and of course wrinkles that made me look so much older than I was. I had a consultation with a nurse and she explained all the treatment options to me. I decided to do their triniti laser treatment. I had a triniti treatment once per month for 6 months.... that was 7 months ago and I could not be happier with my results! Not only are my brown spots gone, my wrinkles are much, much smoother and my skin is firmer! If you want to look younger with out going under the knife, you must try the triniti laser treatment at Gia. I look and feel younger, and all my friends are asking me what I had done. The staff at Gia are very professional and nice, and they offered me a 12 month payment which was perfect for my budget.\r I am going to continue to go to Gia for monthly facials and skin care products. more

Skip this place!!! 6/12/2010

Ok I have been to this place twice and I will not go ANYMORE!!! It is a shame because it is in a great location and it would have much potential. When GIa first opened they were having many promos trying to get new clients. I purchased a package and soon made an appt. Right off the bat the receptionist put me on hold then hung up on me. She was rude when I called back. When I went in for the appt. the nurse was extremely snooty the whole time and rather aloof. Never the less I made another appt for a micro derm. Only to be called the day before the appt, and be informed there was water damage to the facility and Gia was closed. \r A month later I received a phone call stating Gia was reopening and the staff was all new. I was willing to start fresh and give this place another chance. The girls were nice on the phone. When I went in for the service the esthetician was 20 minutes late. The treatment was so-so not anything great. The esthetician was somewhat rude discussing how big my pores were and nitpicking my skin. Afterwards I was told I would have to pay an additional fee of 160 dollars for a package I already bought. I was quite upset, though they ended up not charging me, I was done and not going to go here again. To top it off Gia laser has this policy of not bringing children in and in waltzes the doctor with his 3 and 1 year old.\r The bottom line is that I have been spoiled by other places and the service and cost at GIA is not up to par.\r Pros: Location Cons: Everything!! more

I had the best services at Gia Laser Aesthetic Center, the BEST Botox ever at any of the medspas I have been to in the LA area, I live in Long Beach & will gladly drive there for all of my future treatments! Pros: Parking, friendly staff, superior services Cons: Nothing! more

This place is a hidden treasure 3/18/2010

This place really rolls out the red carpet! A spa sampler package was purchased for my birthday so I went in for a facial. The staff was very accomodating and welcoming. The entire visit exceeded all of my expectations.
