I Never Thought There was Such a Good Place in Thousand Oaks 12/14/2011

I never thought there is such a good place in Thousand Oaks. The doc didn't say much, but he listened to me carefully and staff was very kind. I didn't have any idea what to do if I got hurt, because I didn't want go to the big hospital emergency room I went to last time, where I have had bad experiences. When I came here I waited less than 10 minutes at 8:10 PM on a Wed evening. And the price was so reasonable!! more

Top-Notch 12/8/2011

It's never fun to be sick when you're away from home. However, Thousand Oaks' Urgent Care department is top notch. I was down in Thousand Oaks for a family visit, the air was thick with smoke for most of the first week, and by that weekend I was really having trouble breathing. I called the office and she made me an immediate appointment. Turns out I had bronchitis, not just smoke-related troubles. I spent a few hours on the infuser/inhaler machine, and felt a lot better, plus they fixed me up with some medications that seem to have nipped the infection in the bud. more

The doctor was very polite and helpful! I came in without an appointment, but they saw me quickly and were very responsive to my throat issues. My family and I come here and it's great knowing we have a place for general care as well as doctors for when we're in a pinch. more

Go anywhere but here... 3/4/2011

You can get better care in a 3rd world county. Went in for what could ultimately be a serious issue - had to wait for a long time and when I finally got in to the see the Dr. he could not not have appeared to be less interested in my concern. Suggested imaging would be neccesary if issues persisted and when I contacted them 2 days later to see about getting the referral for imaging the Dr. on call today said I would need to come in and have her examine me. REFUSED to call previous Dr. to get authorization. more

Awful service 12/29/2005

I went here a few months ago and had the worst experience ever! After waiting in the waiting room for 2 hours the dr rushed through my visit and told me I just had a virus and to go home and let it pass. 2 days later I was getting worse so I went to my regular dr and it turns out I was very sick and the Urgent Care dr should have diagnosed me! I had pink eye, an ear infection, a sinus infection and bad bronchitis...all of this on top of being 5 months pregnant. I will NEVER go there again...I rather go to the ER. more
