They installed it and you couldn't really tell they were here because they picked up the old equipment and their boxes--they picked up everything. And, they did all the work in six hours. My sister and her husband referred us to Getzschman Heating and to Corey Osborn--one of their salespeople who was very helpful, supportive, descriptive and searched out opinions for us. He came down and did an inspection, gave us an estimate and recommended what we were going to need. We were in need of a full furnace and heating service in a remodel we were doing. Everything was all good, and the product was well referred with a high opinion. The installer came Monday and did the job very satisfactorily. We are happy--very happy. What impressed us about them was their knowledge and customer service; they were very willing to answer any and all questions while my husband was on site watching what was going on. They were very helpful, as was Corey--who answered all our questions. The pricing was appropriate for the product we were getting. It was a little of a sticker shock but, for the quality of the product, it was very fine. We would absolutely use the company again. more

Getzschman Heating did some duct cleaning for us. This was the first time we used them, and their prices were reasonable. It was quite a big job cleaning out all the ducts of our three-story home. The cleaners came on time and were very nice. They did a good job. It was easy to schedule an appointment with them over the phone and they were accommodating to our schedule. They told us how they were going to do it, did the job well, and showed us all the stuff they got out of there. I thought they were very efficient. more

I purchased and had installed two new furnaces and two new air conditioners by Getzschman Heating. This was my first time using them. The installers were good. The prices were moderate. I checked around and chose Getzschman Heating based on their reputation and so far they have lived up to it. I worked with a salesman and he came out and looked at everything. I was comfortable with what he was talking about, but I wanted a little more detail when it came it came to the functionality of the thermostat. I've called him to discuss having a wi-fi connection to the thermostat, but he hasn't called back yet. more

Getzschman Heating installed a furnace and air conditioner and cleaned all the ducts. I was thoroughly pleased with everything. The furnace and AC installation was back in October, and then we had the ducts done in February. I was very pleased with the prices; they were on the lower half comparatively. It was a good value for the service in both cases. Every person who came out, I would commend for customer service. I called them on the coldest day of the year, which was a Sunday, because the heater wasn't kicking on. Within a couple of hours they were out here and it was taken care of. It had only been a couple of months since I had a new filter put in, but it was so efficient that all the stuff in the ducts was blowing through and it needed to be cleaned already. After that, I scheduled to have them clean the ducts regularly. I have been very pleased with everything and it was easy to schedule the appointments. A couple of years ago, I started having a maintenance check twice a year with a different company, and when I switched to Getzschman Heating I had them continue to do the same thing. When they came out to do a routine maintenance check, they discovered that my furnace had a crack in the heating element. The whole furnace had to be disabled because it was a carbon monoxide threat that could have been a real problem for us. He was so thorough- he showed me the photos he took up in there and explained what was going on. Everything was right there and he showed the photos to his boss and a couple of other technicians for their agreement. I talked to him about the product and what he recommended as a technician. Within two hours, they had a salesperson out- that quick. They were working with me and within no time at all I had the problem solved. Everything was in place and ready to go for the winter. Getzschman Heating put in the works- furnace, air conditioning, humidifier, and a new thermostat. We were very happy with everything. We got a great deal on the prices and it was a lot better than I even thought it would be. We had no idea what it was going to cost but we felt really good about the prices. Cory was the one who came out the day we decided we were going to buy everything, and he explained the whole experience to us before we decided to buy. Russ was the installer who came up here and installed the thermostat, and he showed us the thermostat before he put it in and explained everything. They made it pretty clear everything they were doing and made it really easy for us. We have never had anything like this done before, so that was nice. They gave us peace of mind. I would definitely recommend anybody to use their service; everybody at Getzschman Heating was courteous and knowledgeable, and I thought the prices we got were very fair. more

Getzschman Heating installed a mini split in our upper level heating and they fixed a main furnace after the mini split was installed. The furnace and heating unit are both running well now. This was our first time using Getzschman Heating and they were great. I would recommend them because of their dependable service and reasonable prices. I'll be using them again! more

Getzschman Heating did a very, very fine job and the two young men who came here wouldn't come into the house without putting some kind of cloth over their shoes. It took them between 7-8 hours to do ductwork at our home. They went through every register here in the house with an air pressure gun and forced all that down into basement, then they went into the basement and pulled all that stuff out. They also replaced the furnace filter. It was quite a production. There was a rather large man and a small man--and the large man seemed to be the one who was the boss--who came to do the work. They worked hard all day and explained all the questions that we had. In fact, I was so impressed with both of them that I called Mr. Getzschman and told him that they are very professional people. I felt real good about hiring them. They've done a bit of work for us in the past, but my neighbor across street had ducts cleaned and that's when my wife and I went over and got the information--then booked Getzschman's to come on over and do ours. I was impressed. I had talked to another firm about doing it and they were much higher than Getzschman Heating in price and kind of vague about when they could get the job done. If you need to get your ducts cleaned, I highly recommend Getzschman's. more

The technicians at Getzschman Heating do a good job and clean up after themselves. They recently installed a furnace, removing the old one and taking it with them. One of the techs came to repair the furnace, and figured it couldn't be repaired. The guy who installed the new furnace was polite, courteous and quick. Getzschman Heating installed a new heating and air unit in my home less than a week ago. The service was excellent. The person who did the installation was fantastic.
