Worst

First service person put a new part on furnace and then changed thermostat. He was here for 4 hours and then said he would bring somebody else back with him the following morning...

I've been very happy with Getschman's service plan where they service my units every fall and spring. It definitely helped my units surpass expectations on their life. I am getting my new units through Getschmans now also. Very satisfied. more

Autumn Furnace Restart 10/15/2016

Nathan Stork serviced our furnace on the day we called. He discovered a wasp nest had been built in the exhaust flue. Despite having to run to escape being stung, he cleaned out the flue, serviced the furnace and it was up and heating! He explained all that he had done in a follow-up phone call and in a written summary that he left at our home. Both were clear and concise. We were very pleased. more

Air conditioner not working - came out and replaced frozen unit and serviced the unit per contract - later wife recorded on cell the loud noise made by fan located in back yard - she felt loud enough to bother neighbors and just too loud to operate smoothly - worker remarked it had not sounded that loud when he had checked it earlier - he replaced fan motor - everything working well now and service man very polite. more

AC and furnace 10/14/2016

I have a new furnace and a new AC unit. The AC unit was just installed this past summer. The guys did a great job and i got the perfect high efficiency unit. Last year my cooling bill was like 500 a month in the heat of the summer, but this year it was more like 350 during the hotter months. The service and the product are great. more

Jason arrived at the scheduled time. He performed a thorough HVAC inspection and gave a complete description of the condition of my furnace. Abnormal indications were plainer completely. more
