This was an awful experience. Unlike the others below, I didn't even get a call back to confirm my appt. I called them twice on the day my appt was scheduled and I emailed them as well. Nothing in return. I had to take the afternoon off from work (my place of employment does not allow car detailing in their lot) and it was a wasted afternoon. A call back to cancel or reschedule would have been acceptable. They didn't show and never called back to reschedule. I called Groupon and they reimbursed my money. I hate writing bad things about companies but when they make ZERO effort, it's inevitable. Don't deal with these guys if at all possible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND more

I saw this business on Groupon and purchased a few ""Full Detail"" packages for my cars. I just used the first one today and let me tell you, it was horrible. The previous poster and I must have had the same detail employee because the guy showed up to my house in a beat up van with a broken back window. He was 1 hour late claiming that the place where he gets supplies didn't open until 9, but he did call me at my appointment time to tell me he would be late. He was wearing a nasty white t-shirt and really did look homeless. I don't expect the detail person to wear a shirt and tie, but the way he was dressed is not professional at all. After two hours of ""detailing"" my car he knocks on my door and tells me he's done. I can tell you with 100% certainty that a ""Full Detail"" should take 1 person about 4-5 hours, not 2. I walk out to take a look at the car and the whole front of the car, hood, grill and side mirror are still FULL of bug guts. I honestly think that a Gas Station car wash does a better job to get these off then he did. He claimed that once the love bugs get onto your car you can't get them off. This is 100% untrue. I had a detail done at a local company and they got every single one off. That is why people pay $140 for a full detail is to get stuff like love bugs off!! Not only that, but the rims were clearly sprayed with foam and then rinsed because the corners of the spokes were all dirty. My chrome exhaust tips were never touched, neither were my splash guards. There were still crumbs in my seats, there were grease marks on parts of my leather and I later discovered he didn't even bother to open the trunk to clean it!! This was much more like an Express Detail worth $30 then a full detail. After this horrible experience I emailed Groupon and asked for a refund on the 3 I have not used along with the 1 I did use today. Within 4 hours of my email they refunded all 4. Groupon will take care of you if you have a bad experience like I did. If you don't already have a Groupon for this place, don't spend a penny here. If you do, you will regret it! *I wanted to add one other item. If you check the address listed for this company it actually comes back as a Self Storage Area. Seems like they are running this business out of a storage locker! This explains a lot more

I got this as a Groupon and i was very disappointed. First they reschedule my appointment to a different day due to it being someone's day off even though it was available when i scheduled the appt online. I spoke with the guy twice and never mentioned anything about payment. When the guy showed up 15min late, he did not look professionally in the least. He drove up in his own vehicle iam assuming with the backwindshield busted and covered in duct tape and him looking like a homeless guy. I was under the assumption this was a professional detailing service, it isnt. After he was ""done"", i checked and there was dog hair in the back seat and leaves still inside the hood. AFter pointing this out, he cleaned again for another 30min and when i asked if i could write a check he asked if they took my credit card info??? After i wrote 2 checks, one for company and one for his tip, the next day i noticed a long crack in my windshield from where he dented the top of the windshield. Iam going to call and complain and see what happens from there. Beware!!! more

First time user of MAD. Appointment set for noon today, and I get a call delaying service until 2:00 p.m.. Sounded like they had another car to do and I was taking the back seat. Not appreciated. When I make an appointment at a set day and time I expect the service to be prompt and thorough, no excuses outside of tornadoes, hurricanes, auto accident, etc.. I should not be subjected to a businesses inability to properly set appointments so that this type of behavior is avoided. I will definitely think twice before using this service again. more

I bought a Groupon and it was for mad detailing. This was the first one I ever bought. My car was Dirty and sad but thanks to Mad Detailing its glad. What a great deal and good service. more

I am a groupon client and have purchased lots of groupons in the past couple weeks. I bought the groupon special from MAD and it was GREAT. I was able to book my appointment the very next day. The car looks great. I cant wait to use my other one later. more

I hired them through Groupon to do a full detailing of my brother in law's SUV. The Full Detail was advertised to include a full auto waxing and carpet shampoo. Neither service was performed. I called them twice and then tried contacting them through Groupon, but no one is responding... more

I used MAD's services while I lived and worked in Nashville, TN, and greatly enjoyed the ease and convienence of leaving work to find my car sitting in the parking lot, shiny and clean. I recently moved to the Tampa/Orlando area with a job transfer. I am so impressed to see that MAD is here also, so when I'm traveling between Tampa and Orlando, I can have my vehicle professionally cleaned in either city. It is the 1st auto detail service I have used to be in multiple cities doing great work. They are everywhere I go, and I love it!! more

MAD Detailing came to home and detailed my car while I continued to work. They were on time and very professional. My car looked perfect after their crew finished. I was so happy with the service that I now use them weekly. I am so glad I have a great service like MAD. more
