Steer clear of this less than prosaic local business. Customer service of lady at front desk is absolutely abysmal and borders on unapproachable. I usually will dismiss and supress poor customer service if the products are reasonable and the deliverables are met but I was really off-put by the rude woman at "greeting" desk on 29th Street. Gerrit's Appliance Inc is my favorite appliance store 12/13/2009

I have been buying appliances from Gerrit's for 23 years, and I would recommend them over any other appliance store. Their customer service is the best, and they have a great selection of stoves, refrigerators, and dishwashers.They have now added high end TV's to their store as well. Their prices are right in line with any other stores that carry the same brands of merchandise.Their sales people are very knowledgeable and courteous without being pushy. Their delivery people and their repair department are also very considerate and willing to go out of their way to be helpful. more
