Excellent Experience 4/2/2012

Dealership and sales representative treated me with respect and courtesy from the beginning to the end. End of year model selection were limited but this dealership worked to make the auto I was looking for avaialble at the right price. Great experience with everyone including casier, service department, finance officer and assistant associates. My sales rep was the most pleasant and likeable person making our purchase a very good experience. My wife and I would highly recommend Gerald Hyundai. more

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Dan Racine at Gerald Nissan and he worked very hard to provide us with the features we were looking for in an SUV along with our family price point. He is very forthright and tried to take the time to understand our family's multiple vehicle needs and provide us with several options in buying and/or leasing that would make it all work. He earned our business through great product knowledge, but also his ability to be flexible and provide us with multiple options in an unpressured environment with lots of feedback. more

I randomly stopped in one night and ended up leaving with a new vehicle. Ed Bemires was very helpful and informative about the truck I saw in the lot. Despite a few negotiations, we came to an agreement and the paperwork was started right away. He took the time to make sure I understood all the features of the truck. Great experience! more

I highly recommend Gerald Subaru in Naperville and Sandy Jackson in particular. I've owned 3 Subarus and so my questions throughout my process were fairly particular... Sandy knows her stuff and was able to address my concerns/questions off the cuff, she knows what she's talking about. Also, she was accessible, trustworthy and very easy to work with - not the typical pushy car salesman at all. She was far more interested in determining the best fit for me than closing the deal. Gerald as a dealership stands out, they offer a very unique service guarantee and they are reasonable in their pricing. \r more

I contacted Sandy Jackson via the internet for a 2011 Subaru Outback. She was polite and not pushy. We came out 2 weeks later to test drive and were not disappointed. Sandy and Sean in finance were easy to deal with and there was no hassle with our purchase. Gerald is almost 2 hours from our home and I would drive there again to look for another car. Great staff 5/22/2009

I purchased my first Nissan from this dealership and have had nothing but great things to say. The salesman I dealt with was willing to work with my finances and work out a deal that both of us were happy with. The service department is fast and efficient. I like having Todd to call any time I need to come in and he always calls back in a timely manner to make appointments when he isn't available to take my call. more
