Good experience 5/5/2012

Like many of you, my husband and I have felt duped by car salesmen in the past, and this time, we were NOT going to take any crap. Armed with this zero tolerance attitude, we headed into Gerald Kia to check out their hot new Optima. As we pulled in, we commented to ourselves about expecting the "vultures" just waiting to grab at our carcasses. Instead, we were greeted by the nicest, most entertaining consultant we have had the pleasure of working with, Mike T. He was non-obtrusive, yet genuinely wanted to help us out...his first words were, "Which car? I'll go grab the keys!" Great place! more

We had a great experience buying our vehicle. We also had them install a remote start system. The service department was fast and great service. We bought the 2011 subaru outback couldn't be happier with the car we bought and the service we received. The sales person took us out on many different test drives as when we started we didn't even know which subaru we liked. He is very patient and informative. more

Our first experience with Gerald Nissan of North Aurora began with our new 2006 Maxi ma, and continues with our 2010 Murrain. We remain extremely impressed with the level of dedication, knowledge and professionalism displayed by Todd and the entire team. more

I have been dealing with Gerald Nissan of Naperville for 3 or more years and the Customer Service is outstanding. Anthony Triner has treated me like his own mother. I just worked with Ferris Spikener and he is also outstanding. I would not go to any other dealership. more

Sandy Jackson is the internet sales manager and I have worked with her on and off over the past several months. She has always been helpful and respectful but never pushy. I ultimately went to Gerald Subaru Naperville because I did a huge web search and found they offered a fully-loaded 2011 Subaru Forester for well under the invoice price. After a test drive, I knew this was the car for me. The entire staff was consistently friendly and polite and we feel we got a great vehicle for a really good price. Thanks Sandy!!! more

Dan was a friendly professional sale associate. He was knowledgable about the car, followed up with me, but not aggressively, which was nice. I never felt pressured to purchase the car. The transcation was handled quickly and they meet my pricing needs. more

I have bought 5 cars from Gerald Nissan-Subaru over the past 12 years, I love there service to the way they treat me when I go buy a car. When I come in everyone knows me by name they wash my car for me just for stopping by. I think it's mostly Jon thou he remembers the little things and truly does care. I have sent him my family and friends there and would recommend them to anyone I know. more

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Dan Racine at Gerald Nissan and he worked very hard to provide us with the features we were looking for in an SUV along with our family price point. He is very forthright and tried to take the time to understand our family's multiple vehicle needs and provide us with several options in buying and/or leasing that would make it all work. He earned our business through great product knowledge, but also his ability to be flexible and provide us with multiple options in an unpressured environment with lots of feedback. more
