This is definitely the place to go for all your A/V needs in Atlanta! My wife and I have done business with them for about 5 years now and we are thoroughly impressed with this company! The sales staff is the greatest and the install team just as awesome! Customer Service gets a bad name with most places--but not Georgia Home Theater! They won't stop until you are satisfied with their work. The showroom stays up-to-date with the latest and greatest A/V technology, The Apple Store has nothing compared to the environment Georgia Home Theater provides! We have been so pleased with Georgia Home Theater. They are extremely responsive and trustworthy, and they are very good at what they do. We first started working with them long-distance, when we were buying a house in Georgia while living in another state. We wanted to order some chairs for our media room, so we called and spoke with Eric, who was extremely helpful. He worked with us over phone and email to help us pick out chairs, making suggestions as to the type of chairs and how to arrange them. Having had such a positive initial experience with Georgia Home Theater, we decided to use them again when we wanted to redo our media room. They changed the projector, upgraded various screen components, added a panel to the wall, added XM radio and programmed remotes for us, among other things. We are very happy with the way that everything turned out. We called them many times with questions and ideas for things that we wanted to do but were not sure could be done. Georgia Home Theater implemented our ideas and was able to do everything that we asked. They redid our doorbell to ring through our phone and they programmed our in-law remote controls so that guests could control certain elements but not others. They have answered every question we had and solved any issues that came up -- large and small. They do not just do one big project. They follow up with you and they take care of the little things along the way. They also fix things immediately. For example, we had someone working on the yard who accidentally cut a wire that affected our system. Georgia Home Theater came out to fix it right away. I would definitely recommend Georgia Home Theater. They know their business well and their employees have proven themselves to be extremely trustworthy. I initially used Georgia Home Theater because I had a business relationship with the owner's father and felt that they were a great, ethical family. I dealt with Brian and was very impressed with his ethics and integrity. Georgia Home Theater installed 2 complete systems for me -- one in my former home and one in my new home. Now, they are doing an upgrade to my system. They also have installed all of the Internet equipment for me. With Georgia Home Theater, everything always works the way it is supposed to. I mainly deal with Brian and Eric, and I trust them completely. They come by frequently and follow up with me to make sure that everything is okay. I have had the opportunity to use other vendors but I have stayed with Georgia Home Theater. I would pay more to have them do the job.
