Loved the place when I moved in: peaceful, clean, new looking, safe, and friendly people. And, even though the rent was at the top of my budget ($650 a month) I thought it was worth it. In three years though, rent went through the roof (people are paying over $720 a month for a two bedroom), because the orginal builder built the complex badly (i.e. cheap materials, lack of insulation in walls, squeeky subfloors, paint that scrubs off the wall, construction grade carpet that mats down in less than a year), the toilet's pipes clog and the tanks run (I've had mine fixed 5 times) so now they tack on a flat ""water and sewage fee"" of $25.00 a month, and people let their dog's feces just lie on the ground instead of picking it up.
