Gentle Touch Dentistry

My first trip was a general checkup and cleaning and the hygienist was great. Upon my return to have my fillings done, Dr. Olson was very friendly but very inefficient. After I left I noticed my tooth had gouges in it so I did what anyone would do; I went back and demanded that they fix it. Dr. Olson did spend some time with me attempting to fix my tooth by grinding it down. My time is also valuable, so I asked that I be compensated, and they acted shocked to hear me ask for a partial refund. Later, I received a letter stating that Dr. Olson would no longer serve as my dentist, (like I was going back to see him anyway.) We live in a world where the customer is no longer right and when you make a mistake you just ignore it and hope it goes away. You messed up Dr. Ryan Olson, your letter should have been an apology and you should be begging me to give you a second chance to prove yourself worthy of being my dentist. more

Miracle, or very close to it. The best dentistry. You got to see my before and after pictures. AWESOME. Genttle touch, the best place to go for dentist. My cleaning was also comfortable now that I remember. I got the most beautiful smile now that I am prowd of it. more

I just wanted to give A++, to the doctors and staff at the gentle touch dentistry. I got disappointed when I read the reviews. I have been their patient for the past 5 years, and they have been seeing 3 of my kids and myself. I have been a military wife, and being seen by many dentists all over. For our cleaning appointments for all 4 of us, I spend 2-3 hours every six months in their office. They see many patients, and I see the doctors, and staff interactions with them. To this day, I have not seen anything that disappoint me. I highly recommend gentle touch dentistry. more

The doctor was extremely rude. Actually made several rude comments to my face. Nurses and admin people were just as rude. Not helpful with insurance and could care less about your out of pocket expense. DO NOT GO! Pros: Looks nice from the outside Cons: RUDE, RUDE, RUDE more

The best dentists, I have ever met in my life. I had a tooth ache christmass evening, I called their office, left a message, they called me back, managed to get me in, pulled my tooth right then and there, and gave me some medications. Since they could not get hold of a dental nurse right then, they ( the husband and wife ) worked as a team, one was pulling my tooth, the other one was assisting. It was easy, and painless. God bless them, such nice people. Such nice dentists. I told them that I will quit going to my dentist, and come to your practice from now on. The best, oh, I really enjoyed their bed manners, their painless work, the building? Oh it was the most beautiful dental building I have ever seen in my life. Pros: their tooth pulling, their friendliness, their team work, their respect, their timely care Cons: none what so ever more

Was excited to get an appointment after seeing their new building, and thought the lady at the front desk was very nice,but the dr's were rude to the staff and argued between themselves in another language. The lady Dr was very impatient with my daughter and when I tried to help she suggested I leave the room.Needless to say, I will never go back. Pros: Nice building and Staff Cons: Rude doctors that seem to prefer another language other than english in front of the patient. Lady Dr very rude! more
