When I first came to Gentle Dental I was afraid to experience pain as I have had dentists in the past that used midevil tools and tactics. Then I met Dr. Ly and Gina. Immediately I felt calm. There was light at the end of the tunnel. My teeth were on the road to recovery. I am having extensive work done with no pain and staff who are experts in making you feel no pain with quality dental work. I am ready for for more work without the stress I had felt in the past. I look forward to my visits. They really are Gentle Dental. more

I had several cavaties prior to coming to see the dentist. I was nervous and thought it would be very painful. The dentist that did work on me, however was very calm and gentle and made my dentist visit the best that a dentist visit could be. more

When I first came to Gentle Dental I was scared to death. I had not been to the dentist in many years....too embarrassed to mention. When I called the Middle Island office, Barbara was so kind and reassuring. I explained about my fear and also embarrassment at the state of my mouth. She assured me that all would be fine and that the dentist would talk me through everything. When I arrived for my appointment I was scared to death. What I found was exactly what the name says...a very "gentle" dental experience. Dr. Williams and Arlene made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I came back the next week for sedation dentistry. All of the work that was needed..the cost of a small car was done in one pain free appointment. I was amazed at how good I felt the next day...eight hours of dental work and I still went to work the next day. I have been back for small procedures and cleanings and finally have a healthy mouth. Dr. Williams made coming to the dentist pain free and fear free. I thank all of the staff for always making me feel comfortable. more

Dr. Ly is a fantastic dentist who works magic on my teeth. I had extensive dental work done last year and I could not have been more pleased with the result. He is also a caring wonderful man who always shows concern for his patients. Gina, his dental assistant, is also great at her job and extremely competent. It is always a very pleasant experience coming to Gentle Dental. The rest of the staff is always friendly and very competent. Dr Ly and Gina are fantastic at their jobs and I could not be more pleased with my dental care. more

My experience here today was not a bad one at all. We took multiple breaks during the process. I was also told if I needed any extra breaks to just raise my hand and we take a breather. Dr ly is a dentist who really wants to make sure the patient isn't in any pain. more

Gentle dental is great! They are always kind, sensitive and caring...and they do a wonderful job on my teeth. My sister recommended them because she had feared getting dental work and Dr. Lee had made her feel so comfortable. I highly recommend Gentle Dental! more

Having been totally afraid to go to the dentist for years, this was surprisingly the most delightful experience I have ever had. Dr. Williams is true to his gentle dental advertising. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I cannot wait to come back for my next visit. more
