I have had experience with several of Home Health Aides working for gemtle Care and they all have been excellent. From my experience they are reliable and trustworthy. However, the agency does not appear to be very well organized to handle exceptions. If your Home Health Aide is sick or tells you they will be taking a vacation I have never had the agency provide a replacement without some degree of problems and have never had them provide a replacement on the same schedule as your regular aide. With that said, the services provided by the regularly assigned aide have been exceptionally good.
Pros: Assigned aides are very reliable and trustworthy.
Cons: You must manage the agency to ensure continuity of service.
