And I was always waiting for the hidden fee's that usually get added in at the end, didn't happen. The price was simply the price...It was an awesome experience. I haven't bought a new car in 10 years and I normally don't do the review thing, but my experience in dealing with Frank Olivier was like no other buying experience I have ever had in my life. I did not think that I would be able to get the Ford Mustang I have been wanting for most of my life. Frank told me not to worry because he could get it all worked out for me. Not only did he get me my brand new Ford Mustang exactly how I wanted it, but he gave me a great price with no surprise increases at the time of signing the paperwork, delivered it to me at my home, and made sure that I knew how to work all of the features! This is something you just don't get from salespeople in this day and age and from what I hear, especially not Car Salesmen. \r \r His top notch customer service did not stop after the sale either. When I have questions about features that I forget how to use from time to time, he is always there to answer my questions. He even picks my car up from me at my home to bring it in for service visits, and makes sure that I have something to drive!
