My experiences at Gentech have always been awesome, which is why I am a repeat customer. Angela, the dental assistant treated me like an old friend; she made me very comfortable! \r \r Angela, Vanessa, Cristina, and Dr. Arlaukas are terrific. I agree with K.F \r Worst place to go, they make your appointments and give you little appointment cards with the Date and Time on them. you show up at 15 min till that time and get told your late. Bad part was I was in the restroom and my husband over heard the dental hygienists talking about me. Does she know she is late, I don't want to do her appointment now. the appointment was supposed to be 1hr 30 min and it was 40min and she only did some work... tried saying that she had another appointment and that she was double booked but we were in are car outside and she left 2 min after we did. so not only do they talk bad about patients they lie also. worse place to go would not recommend going them. more

Excellent job 9/30/2010

When Dr.Arlauskas told me that I have toothache and gum pain becouse my gum was almost in the same level as tooth and all I need is just to have a little gum surgery I fought that it too good and inexpensive to be true.But it was true-after my gum was lowered to the level it suppose to be my tooth was not bothering me ever since. Thank you Dr. Arlauskas. more

BEWARE 3/31/2010

I would not recommend Dr. Darius Arlauskas. He talks very poorly to his staff and is rude. I was appalled with how he treated his assistant. After doing an exam on me, I will not be going back to his office. He is a narcisst and is not gentle whosoever. Beware of the reviews. There are several that are listed on June 30th, surely they will not get this many in a day. How ironic that there is not one bad review or even one 4 star rating. even the best of the best will have a few poor ratings, I find it unbelievable that everyone would give him 5 stars, especially when he had no chair side manner whatsoever. If it's necessary to have dental work done, you could find no better than Gentech Dentist. The Office Staff are nice and friendly. Dusty makes you feel right at home. The work that I had done - dentures- made me look like a new and younger woman. And the cost was extremely reasonable. You will not find a better Dentist than Darius Arlauskas, DMD. I guarantee it. beautiful experience 3/28/2009

I have seen both dentists in this office and Both have something so wonderful to offer. Male and female, both have a lot of experience. I saw Dr Darius for my extractions and implant, then I had gone back with a sore tooth and Dr S welcomed me in on short notice. Great customer care 7/1/2008

2 thumbs up guys. I will see you in a week and I really appreciate all your hard work and keeping on me about my health. SInce my dentures I feel like a whole new person. Corny or not I can NOT stop smiling, looking in the mirror. Me and my girls even went and bought me two new outfits to show off my NEW self! Pros: Completely Changed my life, I have beautiful, functional Teeth Now Cons: Can't stop Smiling more

OPen late, Even Fridays 6/30/2008

I am one of those last minute I need this done kind of girls. So I called gentec at 5:30pm on a Monday, the day before I was leaving town and they actually squeaked me in. The doctor was in the room within at least 5 minutes and really catered to me. He gave me some medicine to tide me over and a partial root canal and then I will ok for my trip and on my return I can finish my work, no problems! Pros: Last Minute Appointments, Open Late, and REALLY early. more

Impressive 6/30/2008

I have been to several dentists over my many years, and this dentist and the dentists I have seen there in the past just really impress me. I always informing me and keeping em on top of my own health. Very impressive and go out of there way to explain anything I don't understand fully. Because of them I was able to save one of my front teeth with a type of implant that looks identical to my real teeth. Very impressed! Pros: Very Informative, and Top of Technology more

Nice and clean office, friendly and courteous staff, great location and easy parking. They are open from 7:00 Am to 7:00PM depending on the day so it is easy to be accomodated. To bad they are not open on Saturdays. Otherwise I like coming in this office. more

I am a patient of Clackamas office. My hsband goes to Macadam office since it is closer to his work. What I like about this office is that they are always on time. Usually me and my husband schedule appointments for cleaning the same day. My husband had to wait 30 min after the time he was schedule. I almost missed my apointment since somebody has to babysit our kids. The moment I got through the door, I was seated in the chair and the hygienist started the cleaning. No waiting time for me. Curently I live in Japan. I come to visit my daughter one in every one or two years. I always come to Clackamas office to have cleanings. They are doing a better job than the staff in Japan. Since I stay only for a couple of days, April always acomodates me the same day I call or the next day. I appreciate her tenacity to please every patient .Thank you. more

My son has had bad experiences in the past. We tried this office too. The hygienist was very gentle, compasionate and very friendly. My son cannot wait to come again in 6 months and have his teeth cleaned. more
