Had to get a tire replaced and they asked if I had an appointment. I did. Check the computers. When they pulled my vehicle out the tire was dirty like it was the last time I broug...

Multiple visits 4/13/2017

I took my vehicle in for routine maintenance and was informed that the inspection revealed the need to replace stabilizer links. None in stock so I had to return. During the first visit a heat shield was damaged which now necessitates a 3rd visit due to the part not being in stock as well. I'm hopeful that the 3rd time will be the charm. more

Horn beeping on its own 10/6/2016

Told me to bring the car in right away, they would have time to look at it.They didn't really have time to look at it, kept it over night to see if the problem happened again...it did not. Gave me a worse case scenario as to what it might be rather than discussing other possibilities. Took care of the car recall...nice! Gave me a ride home...nice! Didn't charge me anything! Nice! more

I have purchased 2 Santa Fe's from Boucher and I will not be buying another. The 2007 that I had needed Ball joints and other parts at 46,000 miles. I traded in on a new 2011 and at 48,000 the same thing. One month before the warranty. Now one month after there are noises again and I have check engine light. Had it reset and a mile away from dealer it comes back on. Now the vehicle is out of warranty and I have to leave my car for 3 to 4 hours to diagnose the problem and pay to have it fixed. I will join my father-in-law and not be buying another Hyundai vehicle. more

For the LAST time I am satisfied with the service I received. I am NOT happy with the barrage of emails and survey requests following the ser ice visit. I feel it borders harassment. When does it stop? Would never buy or recommend a Nissan vehicle for that reason. Don't make me feel that way about Hyundai. You are on the cusp of it. more


Installation of new tires 12/4/2015

I had 4 new tires installed on my Hyundai Sonata. I got an appointment that fit into my schedule. The car was ready when promised (complete with a car wash and fluid level checks), and the new tires perform well. Overall experience: excellent. more
