Pre paid oil change 8/13/2014

When I purchased my 2014 Elantra Coupe I also purchased the maintenance plan that included oil changes at the recommended 5000 miles Hyundai recommends. I was informed when I checked in that due to the harsh weather in Wisconsin that it is recommended that I have the oil changed every 3750 miles instead of the 5000 with a synthetic blend they use. My wife previously had a Toyota and it used a synthetic blend and also changed the oil every 5000 miles and had no issues. The service was quick but I was puzzled by the comment to amend the recommended mileage. more

great dealership - don't buy the ding insurance 8/1/2014

Love the car, love the service! In my opinion, the ding & dent coverage policy is worthless. The ding has to be smaller than the size of a credit card, with no creases, to qualify. How much control does a car owner have over the size of their little dent in the door? more
