Dependable Service 11/26/2017

I call Gene's Refrigeration, Heating & Air Conditioning for all of my plumbing and electrical needs. They are dependable about showing up when scheduled and fixing the problem. They are very patient when explaining new products. The dispatcher and scheduler are very accommodating. I have used this company several times and have always been pleased. It is my go-to service company. more

Great Service & Value... Gene's 12/30/2016

Just had our year end furnace check-up by Gene's Refrigeration and once again was very pleased with the service and attitude of their service tecs. This time it was Rich Anthony but I believe all of Gene's service tecs are top notch people. They arrive when they say they will and you're notified that they're on their way. They know what they're there for and go about their business in a very efficient manner. I do recommend Gene's Refrigeration, Plumbing Heating & Electric. They can do it all and do it well. more

Very pleased with their service 9/12/2016

I have been using Gene's as my heating and cooling contractor since 2006. I have been very pleased with their service and responsiveness both for the initial visit and if for any reason a call back is required. I want to specifically mention that Josh B has been truly excellent. IMO, Josh is truly an "A" teamer. He is prompt, extremely polite, posses expert knowledge, accurately diagnoses the situation, and if a repair is necessary he effectively explains the need for the repair in clear and understandable terms. He is most professional and treats the customer with respect in a sincere and friendly way. more
